- Celso was born in Paraguay and began acting in school as a hobby. He finished high school in 2007 and then started doing theater workshops in the city of Tobati-Paraguay. From 2008 to 2010 participated in the "Festival de Teatro Juvenil de Asunción" with many achievements and congratulations from the organizers. He had the main role in the Maneglia-Schémbori feature film, "7 Cajas" aka "7 Boxes", in 2010. In 2012 he had a role in the film "Lectura según Justino" directed by Arnaldo André and also finished his acting studies with an emphasis on audiovisual at TIA (Integral Acting Workshop).
