Tom Holland Talks About Zendaya Catching Him (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Tom Holland didn’t just swing through the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Peter Parker—he also shared behind-the-scenes gems that fans couldn’t get enough of. During the press tour for Spider-Man: No Way Home, the actor revealed two hilarious secrets: one involved getting his brother cast (and later cut), and the other featured his co-star—and real-life girlfriend—Zendaya literally catching him during a stunt.
Tom Roped In His Brother for a Cameo… Then Marvel Cut Him Out
Let’s start with the cut cameo. Holland had proudly secured his brother Harry a role in No Way Home as a street thief who gets caught by Spider-Man. A stunt-heavy gig, no doubt. As Tom told The Graham Norton Show, it all started after he came home exhausted and complained about hanging upside down all day. His brother wasn’t having it.

Tom Holland will star in and produce an adaptation of John Grisham’s 1997 bestseller “The Partner,” TheWrap has learned. Oscar-winning “The Imitation Game” writer Graham Moore will pen the script for the Universal project.
Holland will play Patrick Lanigan, a young partner in a prominent Biloxi law firm. But when he learns of a plan by the firm’s partners, in collusion with a wealthy client (a shipbuilding magnate), he constructs a plan of his own. Lanigan steals $90 million from the client, fakes his own death and flees to South America, where he starts a new life. But, as happens in these stories, his past comes back to haunt him and with the client closing in, he gives himself over to the FBI and starts defending himself in multiple cases.

Exclusive: Tom Holland has made a deal to star in and produce The Partner, a drama based on the John Grisham 1997 bestseller that The Imitation Game’s Graham Moore is scripting for Universal.
The novel was written by Grisham at a time he was getting as much as $8 million for movie rights to compulsively readable thrillers that made strong vehicles for stars and directors. That included putting Matthew McConaughey, Sandra Bullock and Sam Jackson on fast tracks in A Time To Kill, along with Tom Cruise (The Firm), Matt Damon and Claire Danes (The Rainmaker), Tommy Lee Jones and Susan Sarandon (The Client), Denzel Washington and Julia Roberts (The Pelican Brief), and John Cusack, Gene Hackman and Rachel Weisz in The Runaway Jury.

2 times Tom Holland’s behind-the-scenes stories left us laughing ( Photo Credit – Instagram )
Tom Holland spilled two hilarious stories that show just how chaotic—and amusing—it was to make the blockbuster. Let’s start with Tom’s brother, Harry Holland. Harry was set to make a cameo in Nwh, but things didn’t go quite as planned.
During filming, Harry ended up suspended upside down from wires for hours, a stunt Holland set up as a playful payback. Tom recalled that during a conversation with the stunt coordinator, he cheekily requested that Harry’s stunt make him hang upside down. Revenge, sibling-style.
Harry had even filmed a scene where he was supposed to play a burglar caught by Spider-Man. But despite his commitment, that scene was ultimately axed. Tom laughed about this on The Graham Norton Show, admitting that when he and Harry watched the final cut together, they were shocked.

Tom Holland will soon be swinging into the Marvel Cinematic Universe again to do something neither Tobey Maguire nor Andrew Garfield got the chance to do – a fourth Spider-Man film. As we wait to see what the team comes up with this time around, we have to agree that Tom Holland has come a long way in his career. Even though he had dipped his toes into the film industry before, he gained worldwide fame thanks to his appearance as Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War. It was only onward and upwards from there.

Once underpaid in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the actor has now gone ahead and created history with his production company ‘Billy17.’ Tom Holland’s company has signed a deal with Sony Pictures, something which no Spider-Man actor has done before.

A pretty major MCU cameo was omitted from the final cut of Deadpool & Wolverine, and while it's hard to believe, it was probably justified. Two months after its release, the many cameos within Deadpool & Wolverine are still a hot topic, with appearances from the likes of Henry Cavill and Channing Tatum spurring calls for their MCU return. They were joined by Marvel heroes of yesteryear, including Jennifer Garner's Elektra, Wesley Snipes' Blade and Chris Evans' Human Torch, all of which helped to cement their legendary status in the MCU.
These prominent cameos may have helped define the ethos of Deadpool & Wolverine as a love letter to the genre - and Fox's X-Men movies in particular - but they only scratched the surface. A litany of lesser-known cameos were also included in the final cut, being so stuffed that Harry Holland's cameo as a Deadpool variant supposedly even slipped by Ryan Reynolds.

Deadpool & Wolverine's success could set up a Deadpool and Spider-Man crossover movie. Spider-Man references in the film make a potential future Deadpool & Spider-Man team-up seem more likely. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are eager for a Deadpool and Spider-Man movie, making the project even more viable.
Deadpool & Wolverine has recently dominated the conversation surrounding the MCU, but the only topic I'm concerned with is the Ryan Reynolds and Tom Holland team-up that was teased by several Easter eggs. Deadpool & Wolverine has been in theaters for two weeks and now boasts the highest-grossing opening weekend of any R-rated movie. Its success speaks to the effectiveness of its defining characteristics in this uncertain era of superhero movies. Namely, team-ups, callback cameos, and the titular heroes are all apparently winning formulas.

Deadpool & Wolverine features so many cameos and Easter eggs that it's honestly hard to keep track of them all. But there's one very important cameo that not even the star of the movie, Ryan Reynolds, actually knew about. Not that the actor is always aware of everything taking place, but this cameo in particular puts Reynolds very close to another Marvel superhero that didn't appear in his movie: a certain Avenger with a Spidey sense, played by Tom Holland.
As Reynolds revealed in an Instagram story, he found out that Holland's little brother, Harry Holland, appeared in the movie as a stunt double. Tom Holland is harnessing his multifaceted talent to portray a mentally ill criminal in the Apple TV+ series “The Crowded Room.”
Inspired by the crimes of real-life rapist Billy Milligan, the limited series is created by Oscar winner Akiva Goldsman (“A Beautiful Mind”), who serves as showrunner, writer, and executive producer. Milligan was arrested for raping three women on the Ohio State University campus in 1979.
“The Crowded Room” similarly centers on fictional figure Danny Sullivan (Holland), who is arrested after his involvement in a New York City shooting in 1979. The thriller limited series is told through a series of interviews between interrogator Rya Goodwin (Amanda Seyfried) and Danny, charting his own past traumas. The 10-episode series co-stars Sasha Lane, Emmy Rossum, Christoper Abbott, Will Chase, Lior Raz, and Henry Eikenberry.
Lead star Holland previously described the series as “an insight into the power of the human mind” during an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

The Mandalorian season 3, episode 6 provided many cameos; however, one has ties to the Marvel Cinematic Universe that was hard to spot. Marvel and Star Wars have shared actors in the past, with Han Solo himself, Harrison Ford, set to make his MCU debut in Captain America: New World Order - so a minor cameo isn’t that surprising. With all of the practical effects and CGI that are incorporated to create different species in Star Wars, it’s easy to disguise actors so that they are nearly unrecognizable.
While the episode centered around Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze taking a side mission to Plazir-15 to recruit Bos old allies, many side characters popped up, ultimately making the episode enjoyable. All three of the main cameos by Lizzo, Jack Black, and Christopher Lloyd were pleasant surprises and truly set the tone for the episode. While minor, these characters also allowed audiences...

This post contains spoilers for "The Mandalorian" season 3, episode 6.
We are rapidly approaching the conclusion of "The Mandalorian" season 3 on Disney+, and the sixth episode, titled "Guns for Hire," did some real work in setting up a grand finale for Din Djarin, Bo-Katan Kryze, and the rest of the Mandalorians as they look to reclaim their homeworld of Mandalore. But this episode took some pretty unique detours en route to getting the Darksaber back in Bo-Katan's hands. The cold open of the episode told a tale of forbidden love in short order, while also bringing us an obscure little connection to the Marvel Cinematic Universe along the way — though you'd be forgiven for not catching it the first time around.
The opening of the episode sees the Nite Owls sent to retrieve the son of a Mon Calamari nobleman. He left his people to be with a Quarren, which didn't...

On the heels of last week’s revelation that Mandalorians were responsible for breaking Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito) out of prison, the sixth episode of The Mandalorian Season 3 leads audiences to the conclusion that a familiar group of Mandos may just be responsible for that heist. Set out among the Mid-Rim, a vessel full of Quarren, led by one Captain Shuggoth (Christine Adams), finds themselves in the path of an Imperial vessel, only its occupants aren’t Imperials—they’re Mandalorians. Axe Woves (Simon Kassianides) and the Nite Owls reveal they have been hired by the Mon Calamari to retrieve a Viceroy’s son (Harry Holland) who has been allegedly taken by the Quarren. While the contentious history between the Qaurren and Mon Calamari may lead some to suspect that this is an act of war, it is swiftly revealed that the Captain and the young nobleman are actually in love,...

Zendaya and Tom Holland are proving that the couple that lunches together, stays together. An eyewitness told E! News that the low-key couple, who met on the set of the 2017 film Spider-Man: Homecoming, enjoyed lunch together with his younger brother Harry Holland, 23, while out and about in New York City on July 20. In snapshots taken on the day, Zendaya can be seen looking effortlessly cool in a gray graphic t-shirt, black trousers and a pair of black Converse. She completed her look with a black tote bag, a to-go drink and what appeared to be a bag of leftovers from their meal.
