Blake C. Burt was born and raised in southern Mississippi. He was recently cast as a series regular on the upcoming Netflix / Sony show "The Corps" (2025) where he will portray a John Bowman, a Marine recruit. Blake is also known for his performances in "Pitch Perfect 2" (2015), "The Reliant" - Netflix (2019), and "Unhuman" - Blumhouse (2022).
Blake originally wanted to be a singer from his early childhood following his father's footsteps. During his schooling he joined the show choir which ultimately led to his on stage performing interests, and in turn further catapulted him into pursuing a career in film and television. After graduating from high school, and declining a scholarship to college, Blake began landing several jobs from touring around the country, to film and TV parts. Over the next couple of years Blake decided to make the leap and moved to Los Angeles, CA to further pursue his dream of becoming an actor/singer.
