New US Trailer for 'The Last Rifleman' Drama Starring Pierce Brosnan
Image
"That's the thing about folks like us, Artie. We're all living with ghosts." Samuel Goldwyn Films in the US has revealed a new US trailer for the drama titled The Last Rifleman, made by filmmaker Terry Loane. This already opened in the UK last year - we posted the first trailer almost a year ago but it's only opening in the US now. Another patriotic "never forget!" story about old WWII veterans – this film tells the exact same story as The Great Escaper with Michael Caine. The same exact characters and everything. A WWII veteran escapes his care home in Northern Ireland and embarks on an arduous but inspirational journey to France to attend the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings, finding the courage to face the ghosts of his past. The film stars Pierce Brosnan (in prosthetics) as 92 & 3/4-years-old Artie Crawford, Clemence Poesy, John Amos, Jürgen Prochnow, Claire Rafferty,...

"It's a miracle that you made it this far. You are quite the soldier, Mr. Crawford." Sky Cinema has revealed an official trailer for a UK drama titled The Last Rifleman, from filmmaker Terry Loane. This is set for a quick opening next week streaming in the UK via Sky Cinema. Yet another super patriotic "look at what we did back then!" story about a WWII veteran – this film tells the exact same story as The Great Escaper with Michael Caine. I guess it's a story they really need to tell multiple times.

Gillian Anderson And Jamie Dornan Play Cat And Mouse In Trailer For The Fall Season 2
In acclaimed BBC 2 drama, The Fall, Jamie Dornan proved that just because you’re incredibly good-looking, doesn’t mean you can’t absolutely terrify viewers. While the actor-model has since landed the much-coveted lead in saucy adaptation, Fifty Shades Of Grey, he’ll be back for The Fall‘s second season as serial killer Paul Spector.

Starring opposite Dornan is returning lead, Gillian Anderson, who will reprise her role Superintendant Stella Gibson. Their paths sorta crossed at the end of the first season, when Spector upped his game and began taunting the detective from a safe distance. He narrowly avoided being caught, in one of TV’s most talked about shows of last year.

Now, with this first glimpse at the second season, it seems Gibson’s dogged attempts to uncover his true identity are set to continue. This time around, Spector’s big-headed ego shows no signs of stopping as he targets Gibson personally.
