Noelle's breakthrough role was playing Evita on Marvel's Cloak and Dagger where she entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Notably, she is the face of Visit California campaigns. Her professional training began when she successfully auditioned into The New Orleans Center of Creative Arts and trained with the New Orleans Ballet Association.
