Andrew Czap graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BFA in Visual Communication Design where he won numerous national design awards and local awards. After two years in the design industry, he transitioned into full-time filmmaking as a founding partner of Prelude Films and a freelance cinematographer and colorist.
With his background in photography and design, he has the ability to create strong images and tones that elevate concepts and stories. His cinematography work has appeared at over 20 festivals around the country including Orlando Film Festival, Cucalorus Film Festival, Austin Revolution Film Festival, Dallas VideoFest, and the Lonestar Film Festival, among others.
