Kento is a kindhearted young boy who has an affinity for daemons and raises one who goes by Anna. She’s an adorable dog-like creature who loves Kento like a master and doesn’t harm anyone. At the same time, the daemons are considered ungodly creatures, only meant to hurt people, and so there are organizations trying to eradicate them from the earth for human survival.
