The Apprentice: Who got fired tonight after a pet show palaver?
The Apprentice lost another candidate tonight after Ruth Whiteley became the fourth hopeful to be sent packing by Lord Sugar.

The Apprentice 2015: Who got fired by Lord Sugar after the cactus shampoo task?
Aisha Kasim became the second candidate to be fired by Lord Sugar in tonight's episode of The Apprentice.

The 30-year-old businesswoman found herself heading home in a taxi after project managing the girls' shambolic shampoo campaign.

16 times tonight's episode of The Apprentice was too cringeworthy for public health

Aisha had taken control of the task from the beginning, choosing the name Desert Secret, opting to place a cactus flower on the packaging and overseeing the advertising campaign.

But her team complained about their opinions not being listened to and a disastrous pitch from Natalie Dean threatened to tear them apart, as Elle Stevenson complained about the "relatively poor" delivery.

After the girls lost the task, Aisha made the mistake of bringing Vana Koutsomitis back into the Boardroom, explaining that it was her idea to target over-50s. But Lord Sugar was unimpressed that Vana was there and told her that she was safe this week,...

This candidate on The Apprentice just compared himself to Martin Luther King
The candidates on The Apprentice are infamous for their bluff and bluster - but new contestant David Stevenson has taken things one step further by comparing himself to civil rights legend Martin Luther King.

Not content with explaining that he is a good candidate because he is wearing tweed in his audition video, Stevenson explains that Martin Luther King is the historical figure he believes he is the most like.

"And the reason being is the man said, 'I have a dream'," he says. "And I've got a dream too."

(If you thought that was bad, he does an American accent while he says it.)

Oh, and he goes on. "And the dream is to change the world within business.

The Apprentice 2015: Meet the 18 candidates hoping to impress Lord Sugar
Lord Sugar is back in the boardroom for The Apprentice, and there's a fresh crop of candidates hoping to impress the Amstrad boss and his trusted advisers Karren Brady and Claude Littner.

Whose business idol is Taylor Swift? Who's sucking up to Lord Sugar already? And - perhaps most importantly - who's got the biggest mouth on them? Read on to find out about all 18 of this year's hopefuls:

Aisha Kasim, 30

"Pressure makes diamonds. It's something I respond well to, I think it's go hard or go home."

Inventor Aisha owns a hair accessories business and says Victoria Beckham is her business inspiration. She fancies herself as a bit of a songwriter too, penning a jingle for one of her own products - a heated bun that curls your hair.

April Jackson, 26

"I'm Jamaican. We come first, we win on the track and we will win in the boardroom."
