The team’s called in on a kidnapping case in Austria on CBS’s FBI: International season two episode 11. Directed by Jonathan Brown from a script by Roxanne Paredes, episode 11 – “Someone She Knew” – will air on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 9pm Et/Pt.

Season two stars Luke Kleintank as Special Agent Scott Forrester, Heida Reed as Special Agent Jamie Kellett, Carter Redwood as Special Agent Andre Raines, Vinessa Vidotto as Special Agent Cameron Vo, and Eva-Jane Willis as Europol Agent Megan “Smitty” Garretson.

Danielle Fishel to Direct Tubi’s Identity-Switch Movie ‘Classmates’ Written by Husband Jensen Karp (Exclusive)

Fox Entertainment’s ad-supported streamer Tubi has ordered the TV movie “Classmates,” from the wife and husband team of Danielle Fishel (“Boy Meets World”) and Jensen Karp. Fishel directed and Karp wrote the film, which will debut in 2023.

Anjelica Bette Fellini (“The French Dispatch”) and Kayden Muller-Janssen (“The Villains of Valley View”) star in the film as former high school classmates Anabella and Raury, who have their identities swapped on the first day of college due to a computer hack.

Per the logline: “Despite entirely different backgrounds, races, and personalities, Anabella convinces Raury to leave the mistake uncorrected. The decision to go with the flow creates a massive ripple effect when one of their parents’ shady dealings puts them both in danger. Exclusive: Ravi Patel (Wonder Woman 1984), Eric Edelstein (Creepshow) and Johnny Jay Lee (NCIS: Los Angeles) are set as series regulars in CBS comedy pilot Rust Belt News, from The Simpsons writer and The Mindy Project exec producer Matt Warburton. They join previously announced cast members Rich Sommer, Lauren Lindsey Donzis, Jayma Mays, Bailey Gavulic, Bentley Green and Angel Laketa Moore.

Written by Warburton and directed by Jeff Blitz, the project is set in a small Ohio town where the local newspaper goes out of business, leaving the ambitious, angsty reporters of the high school newspaper as the only people left to report on scandals, dig up corruption, and generally polish the rust off this rust-belt community.

Patel plays Dale, an emotionally needy principal at a working-class Ohio high school.

As far as idioms go, “jumping the shark” is a great way to mark a moment in time when something, especially a TV series, is no longer as cool as it used to be. This jumping of the shark can generally be traced back to a single episode, or even one defining moment. In the case of Fear the Walking Dead, that moment arrives in “The Little Prince,” as a hot air balloon shaped like a bottle of craft beer. A bottle of Augie’s Ale, to be exact. That this same hot air balloon crash-lands inside a radioactive hot zone could very well sum up the way this once-entertaining show is crashing and burning just six hours into its troubled fifth season.
