A Brush With Comedy, the debut feature documentary from filmmaker Louis Moir, explores the relationship he has with his father Jim Moir, Aka Vic Reeves, through the lens of the latter’s creative output. It’s a film which playfully interrogates the relationship art has with comedy historically, highlighting where they overlap whilst examining how they are often seen as diametrically opposed. In addition to his father, Moir also interviews comedians Spencer Jones, Bec Hill, Miriam Elia and Simon Munnery who each incorporate various forms of visual art into their comedy. With the film available to watch on Sky Arts, Now TV, and Apple TV, Dn caught up with Moir to discuss his four year journey making A Brush With Comedy, from its origins as his graduate short at Arts University Bournemouth through to the challenges of sifting through the footage to structure the edit.

During March and April, Steve McNeil (Team captain on Dara O Briain's Go 8-Bit) will be hosting a series of live online shows, directly before and after Go 8-Bit premieres and repeats on Dave each week.

In WiFi Wars, viewers will get to play all the games against each other using the show's Guinness World Record-breaking tech.

In The Video Game Game Show Show, the guests will compete on retro games, but the audience will also be involved by voting on who they think will win, playing games (like in WiFi Wars) and they'll get to take part in bonus quiz rounds too.

A new TV show that sees users' Facebook accounts hijacked will air on London Live.

The show, called Ctrl Freaks, stars comedians Dave Gibson, Bec Hill and Jacob Edwards, who hijack the social media lives of two people and set them crazy challenges. The users must then complete the challenges without revealing to anyone they've been 'hacked'.

Participants hand over the control of their social media accounts to be given the challenges. They include an Essex boy turning into a drag queen and another contestant having to pass off a terrible art show as their own.

If their social network don't fall for their pictures and videos, or they reveal the truth, they will be forced out of the hidden camera game.

London Live Director of Programming Jonathan Boseley said of the show: "Londoners are avid social media users, always ahead of the trend and most are rather protective of their online persona.
