Another key WandaVision character will reportedly appear in Vision Quest. According to trusted scooper Daniel Richtman, after a four-year absence, Tommy Maximoff is set to make his grand return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the upcoming Disney+ series.
Per ComicBookMovie, Richtman is reporting that actor Ruaridh Mollica, who was cast as the character Tucker back in February, will actually be playing Tommy Maximoff in Vision Quest (which is the working title for the Vision-centric series). "In Agatha All Along, Billy’s soul is shown to inhabit the body of William Kaplan, a teenager who tragically dies in a car accident shortly after his bar mitzvah. Similarly, Tommy’s soul will inhabit the body of Tucker, with his true origins as a Maximoff being revealed as the series unfolds," revealed the scooper. With the arrival of Red Hulk – a.k.a. Thunderbolt Ross (Harrison Ford) – to the MCU earlier this year with Captain America: Brave New World, we find ourselves with a new big guy in comic-based films. Not only does Ford represent a superstar in his own right, but he also joins two existing stars who have already portrayed Hulks in the MCU. Obviously, Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) is our original mean green machine, but Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) joined the universe to mixed reviews a couple of years ago. In the closing minutes of that series, a fourth little Hulk was dropped into the fray. Now that we have four Hulks, how do we see the future of the MCU handling these characters?
Red Hulk in Captain America: Brave New World (L-r): Harrison Ford as President Thaddeus Ross and Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Captain America in Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World.

To date, 5 Hulks have been seen under the MCU umbrella. Three are green: Bruce Banner’s (Mark Ruffalo) Hulk, Jennifer Walters’ (Tatiana Maslany) She-Hulk, and Skaar (Wil Deusner), seen in the last episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Happy Hogan’s (Jon Favreau) becomes Purple Hulk in the What If...? episode, "What If... Happy Hogan Saved Christmas," (because nothing's more festive than Grimace Hulk), and now President Ross’ (Harrison Ford) Red Hulk. A casual fan who only knows Hulk as green from his Lou Ferrigno days forward might suspect the different colors are a creative choice for aesthetics, but there is precedent. If we go by the comics, there are, in fact, 8 more colors that have yet to appear in the MCU.

Ahead of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's debut on Disney+, there were rumblings that the series might feature Skaar's MCU debut. When a Sakaarian spaceship came to Earth in the premiere, those rumours were all but confirmed, though we didn't see Bruce Banner's alien son until the finale.
That came in a throwaway scene when he showed up at Jennifer Walters' family barbeque with Skaar in tow. Wil Deusner (Stargirl) played the character but never spoke.
Fans didn't exactly love the design, and was was quite a vocal backlash to how Marvel Studios presented the character. However, some concept art in the newly released She-Hulk: Attorney At Law - The Art of the Series showcases what might have been in the Disney+ series.
Some of these aren't great but others are more in line with the comic books and would have surely received a far warmer response from fans.

Marvel Studios may have already set up two perfect replacements for the Hulk who could prove essential to the Young Avengers team in the MCU. With the recent introduction of many young superheroes in the MCU, theories have emerged suggesting Marvel Studios is laying the foundations for the Young Avengers to make their first live-action appearance. Several possible team members have already been confirmed or teased, but in order to match the might of the original Avengers team, the Young Avengers also need a Hulk.
It was after Iman Vellani's debut as Kamala Khan's Ms. Marvel when theories of the Young Avengers' formation skyrocketed. 2023's The Marvels ended with Kamala meeting Hailee Steinfeld's Kate Bishop with the prospect of bringing together a team. More recently, Agatha All Along introduced Joe Locke's 16-year-old Wiccan, while the Worlds of Marvel cruise experience brought Kathryn Newton's Cassie Lang, Xochitl Gomez...

If you thought Red Hulk would be the only Hulk appearing in Captain America: Brave New World, think again.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly at Sdcc, Brave New World star Anthony Mackie revealed that the film will feature multiple Hulks.
"The events of Hulk and his film don't pertain to this movie at all," began Mackie. He added, "And when he shows up, not Red Hulk, the other Hulk- there are multiple Hulks..."
At this point Harrison Ford taps Mackie, seemingly as if he's surprised to learn this info (or possibly even to stop Mackie from saying more), but Mackie continues on, stating, "But there's only one Red Hulk, there's only one."
"When he shows up, his world, his universe, his story- it's completely separate from the way we utilize him in our story."

A few weeks ago, a rumor surfaced that Marvel Studios was looking to introduce Hulkling to the MCU and that it would be looking at an actor that has a connection to Joe Locke, who will play Billy aka Wiccan in the upcoming Disney+ series Agatha All Along.
Per @MyTimeToShineH and The Cosmic Circus' Alex Perez, the rumor is that Kit Connor, who co-starred with Locke in Heartstopper, is being eyed to portray Hulking.
But in a new interview with MTV, Connor says the rumor is news to him.
"No I’m not, not that I know of," said Connor when asked if he was in talks to play the character. He added, "My friend Joe [Locke] is heavily involved in Marvel and has an exciting project coming up. I wouldn’t wanna cramp his style."
Kit Connor denies the rumors of him getting cast in the MCU as Hulkling. pic.

The McU's new Avengers team avoids issues with older heroes' disjointed presence. Young Avengers have fewer on-screen hours for viewers to catch up. Young Avengers' appeal mirrors the early MCU, offering a fresh start.
One of the biggest positives about the Avengers being replaced in the MCU is that the new team will avoid a big issue with the originals. Avengers: Endgame was the last time that any version of Earth's Mightiest Heroes teamed up against a common threat, which was released more than five years ago. This may have had a negative impact on the wider MCU as its composite characters feel more disparate than ever in the lead-up to what will presumably be their first outing in the Multiverse Saga: Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

The formation of the Young Avengers in the MCU is repeating a problem from the original Avengers team, as there is a clear power imbalance between the members. Ms. Marvel possesses superpowers and cosmic abilities, making her much more powerful than Kate Bishop, who relies on skills and intellect. The power problem in the Young Avengers will be exacerbated with the addition of other heroes like America Chavez and Skaar, who also possess significant powers, creating a challenge for the writers to balance the villains' strength.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has finally teased the formation of the Young Avengers, but this highly-anticipated team is already repeating a problem seen with the original Avengers. With the original Avengers team no longer active as most of its members have now retired, and with younger heroes being introduced throughout the Multiverse Saga, it was just a matter of time before the MCU finally...

"The Marvels" has finally hit theaters, and across the board, star Iman Vellani, who plays Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, has received well-deserved praise. The film may be having a rough time at the box office, but if Vellani is the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, that future is bright. In fact, the future of the MCU is something /Film's own Ethan Anderton discussed while chatting with Vellani about "The Marvels."

The Hulk introduced his mysterious son to the MCU in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, but this stirred confusion regarding Skaar's unusual haircut. While rights issues have stopped Marvel Studios from developing a solo Hulk movie since 2008's The Incredible Hulk, the McU's Phase 4 introduced new Hulk-related characters to the franchise. While Emil Blonsky, a.k.a. Abomination, returned in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Tatiana Maslany debuted as Jennifer Walters, Bruce Banner's cousin, in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Phase 4's legal comedy series also introduced one more intriguing Hulk character to the MCU, Bruce Banner's son, Skaar.
Bruce Banner has had one of the most transformative journeys since his introduction in the McU's Phase 1, taking him from uncontrollable monster to his current "Smart Hulk" persona. While Banner himself didn't have a large part to play in the events of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, his...

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has introduced more Hulks in Phase 4, and with this, it has turned Hulks into the replacement of the Super Soldiers. The Hulk has had a strange history so far on the big screen, and after its debut in Ang Lee’s Hulk, a new Bruce Banner returned in The Incredible Hulk, now as part of the MCU. Bruce Banner then joined the original Avengers team, but his arc has been very inconsistent, and the studio hasn’t given him enough screen time to properly develop his story. After running away, living in Saakar, and returning to join the rest of the MCU’s heroes to stop Thanos, Hulk was given a bigger role in the TV series She-Hulk.

Disclaimer: The following article contains full spoilers for 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' and the rest of Marvel's Phase 4 Projects.Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been all about introducing a younger generation of heroes to carry on the legacy of some of the epic franchise's most iconic characters. From Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) taking on her surrogate sister's title of the Black Widow to the recent revelation that the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) has a son of his own with Skaar (Wil Deusner), there's already enough fresh new blood in the MCU to put together a version of the Young Avengers from the comics. That trend continues in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which sees the introduction of Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne), also known as Ironheart; an obvious successor to Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) who is set to get a story of her own with a Disney+ spin-off series next year.

Casting news for the WandaVision spinoff, Agatha: Coven of Chaos, bodes well for the McU's possible Young Avengers team. In Marvel Comics, the Young Avengers are young superheroes mostly acting separately from the actual Avengers. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been slowly introducing members of the Young Avengers, including Cassie Lang, Kate Bishop, and America Chavez. Other young characters, like Ms. Marvel and Skaar, could also join the team.
Marvel has not announced a specific movie or film for these characters to appear in together, but a team-up seems likely in the future as members of the regular MCU Avengers team continue to retire and die in action. Meanwhile, Agatha: Coven of Chaos will follow WandaVision villain and witch Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn). Details about the show are scarce, but the announcement that Heartstopper's Joe Locke has been cast in an undisclosed role suggests the show may be connected to the McU's Young Avengers.

Warning: This article contains spoilers for the "She-Hulk: Attorney At Law" finale.
To say that "She-Hulk: Attorney At Law" ended on a surprising note would be an understatement. Marvel finales and third acts have a tendency to be very hit-or-miss, more often than not devolving into a messy CGI spectacle that loses sight of its emotional groundwork. So when She-Hulk, Titania, the Abomination, and even the Hulk himself found themselves gearing up for battle, it seemed like this series would be no exception — but then the writers swerved right off that predetermined route and into the unexpected.
Instead of the same thing we've seen a million times before, "She-Hulk" delivered a clever and hilarious riff on a Marvel finale, effectively blowing our minds and giving Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) complete control of her storyline. This post contains spoilers for the season finale of "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law."
Season 1 of Marvel's "She-Hulk" ended on a surprising note, with She-Hulk/Jen Walters (Tatiana Maslany) breaking through the fourth wall and into the writer's room to question the cliched storylines inherent within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In this clever, super-meta self-callout, Jen questions the problem with regurgitated MCU plotlines (such as variations of the Super Original Super-Serum plotlines) and how female pleasure is depicted in these superhero offerings. The results are fun, with Jen taking control over her own storyline ... even though the episode ends with a formulaic reveal that potentially sets up a major Hulk storyline from the comics.
During Jen's family get-together, she brings Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) along, and we love to see the two looking awkwardly coy in this setting. Enter Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), who had gone Awol since we last saw him on a Sakaarian spaceship,...

This article contains She-Hulk: Attorney at Law finale spoilers
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law finished off its first season and it was a lot. Maybe it was a little. Or both at the same time. Either way, it was crazy and the fact that Marvel hyped it up with a trailer made entirely of old footage except for two brief shots of Hulk vs. Abomination was kind of brilliant considering where it led to.
As the final episode exploded in character callbacks and hackneyed twists turning into an oversaturated fight scene that Jen Walters felt did a disservice to her season-long storyline, the episode suddenly went full meta as She-Hulk confronted K.E.V.I.N., the AI behind the creation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Things got cute with references to the X-Men and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, but ultimately, Jen erased Hulk’s grand return despite K.E.
