Sam Gosper
- Writer
- Producer
- Director
Sam has always loved the action. In 2010 he co-founded Sydney's stunt team 9Lives and trained in martial arts, parkour and dancing. Unbeknownst to him, this became his modern proving ground and ignited a passion for action film-making.
Burdened by his desire to see his passions combined, in 2015 Sam directed and produced the short film "Hunt for Hiroshi", about a modern day ninja seeking retribution against a Yakuza crime-lord. Audiences immediately connected with the action displayed, and confirmed a feature film was a distinct possibility.
In 2017 Sam was accepted as one of twenty finalists into the Sydney Lexus Short Film Fellowship, followed by the short being officially selected to screen at TCL Chinese Cinemas for the 13th Hollyshorts film festival in August.
He continues to establish the feature adaptation titled 'Circle of Ninja', midst other projects.
