Saif Al-Sobaihi is a New York-based interdisciplinary creative with nearly 10 years of experience in visual and sonic mediums such as filmmaking, acting, and music production.
Saif was an intern at Viacom's MTV/MTV2 in New York City, where he gained industry and city insights. He furthered his career development by attending The American Society of Cinematographers Master Class in Los Angeles, CA, where he learned cinematography and lighting from leading experts such as Steven Fierberg (ASC), Karl Walter Lindenlaub (ASC, BVK), and Peter Collister (ASC). Later on, Saif received his Leadership Principle certificate from Harvard Business School.
While engaging in various projects, Saif teaches analogue cinematography (16mm motion picture) workshops at Mono No Aware (NY) and was a visiting artist at The Studio Museum in Harlem, teaching the Art of Lighting to Expanding The Walls teen program.
