John Cena has yet to win one prestigious title in the WWE, the Intercontinental Championship. And since he missed out on this recognition, he is one of the few WWE longtimers to not have a Grand Slam in his career. After winning his record 17th Championship title at WrestleMania 41 this year, Cena would love to add a Grand Slam title to the mix as well.
In WWE, the Grand Slam Championship is an honor bestowed upon wrestlers who have won at least four certain titles in their career. Interestingly, a wrestler must have achieved the Triple Crown Championship by winning three titles to achieve the Grand Slam with the fourth one. However, only winning the WWE Championship would earn you the Triple Crown title.
So, what does he need to become a Grand Slam Champion? According to the modern rules, a WWE wrestler should have held the following titles to...

WWE Evolution 2025 was a night of celebration of the women of the past and present in the Stamford-based promotion. The show featured top competitors of today’s landscape and veterans in attendance. However, WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus was among those legends who stepped inside the ring rather than watch from the sidelines.
At the age of 49, The Diva of the Decade delivered, in the words of WWE superstar, a banger. She justified the ‘You still got it’ chants from the audience. However, when compared to a stunning record etched by WWE legend, Mae Young, sadly, Stratus does not come anywhere close to her.

WWE Evolution 2025 was a night of spectacular in-ring bouts and captivating moments. The company’s women delivered to the best of their abilities and left the audience in the State Farm Arena mesmerized. One match that stood out on the card was the main event, which ended with a shocking conclusion.
It featured Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley battling in a traditional singles showdown with the WWE Women’s World Championship on the line. Both women left it all inside the squared circle as the match involved high stakes. However, as the dust settled, Mami and The Genius of the Skies created their own history on an important night for women in WWE.

The women of WWE saw the return of the historic Evolution 2025 Premium Live Event that took place on July 13 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. It was the second edition of the show that took place seven years after the first event. However, there was one woman who was not present who paved the way for the show to happen: Sasha Banks.
The Legit Boss is currently a part of WWE’s rival competition, Aew, wrestling under the ring name Mercedes Mone. However, that did not stop WWE from giving her a special shoutout at Evolution 2025, the same event she competed at years ago.

Match #1: Aew TBS Championship – Mercedes Moné def. Mina Shirakawa The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
Mina Shirakawa immediately went on the offensive, backing Moné into the corner with rapid strikes. Mercedes attempted to regroup outside the ring, but Mina pursued, leading to a heated exchange highlighted by Shirakawa’s Lou Thesz Press into mounted punches. Moné quickly turned the tables, delivering her own mounted punches before sending Shirakawa crashing to the floor, taunting Women’s World Champion Toni Storm at ringside. Moné maintained control with a crossface, but Shirakawa countered brilliantly into a figure-four leglock and holding onto the hold even as Mercedes rolled to the floor. The fierce battle spilled to ringside, where Shirakawa executed a spectacular Tornado Ddt from the ring steps. However, Mercedes...

Bruce Springsteen may have been born to run, but he also has a side hobby in snooping around on movie sets. The Boss would often make himself at home during production of upcoming film Deliver Me From Nowhere, visiting the filming locations — particularly in New Jersey — fairly often. And while he put himself in a position where he had to witness some bizarro version of his life, he did also get to see some excellent talent portraying it.
In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Bruce Springsteen admitted that there could be some awkward moments while cameras rolled on Deliver Me From Nowhere (officially retitled so Bruce’s name precedes) but had faith in the likes of Jeremy Allen White and Jeremy Strong, who play The Boss and manager Jon Landau. “I mean, there’s some unusualness to it because the movie involves, in some ways, some of the most painful days of my life.

The WWE Universe wanted the company to go all in for Mercedes Mone when her contract was almost about to end. However, things never really materialised and eventually, Mone was heading to Aew, which was possibly one of their biggest signings of recent times. Her arrival at the company established her as one of the biggest guns in the women’s division.
Mercedes Mone, popularly known as Sasha Banks in WWE, secured a massive chapter in her life as she won the Cmll World Women’s Championship at the expense of Zeuxis. This ended a 278-day reign for the latter, underlining the transcendence of Mone to almost unimaginable ranks of conquest. The victory for Mercedes Mone meant that she set up a world record which the other wrestling icons in the women’s division can only dream of.
One record of Mercedes Mone that will possibly be untouched by Becky Lynch...

Jeremy Allen White is singing Bruce Springsteen’s biggest hits in the debut trailer for Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere.
From 20th Century Studios, Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere chronicles the making of Bruce Springsteen’s 1982 Nebraska album when he was a young musician on the cusp of global superstardom, struggling to reconcile the pressures of success with the ghosts of his past. Recorded on a 4-track recorder in Springsteen’s New Jersey bedroom, the album marked a pivotal time in his life and is considered one of his most enduring works—a raw, haunted acoustic record populated by lost souls searching for a reason to believe. Jeremy portrays “The Boss” aka Springsteen. The film is written and directed by Scott Cooper.

It comes as no surprise that women’s wrestling is not on par with men’s wrestling and how numerous wrestlers have worked tirelessly to make the division a main attraction in WWE. Names like Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks are written in golden letters for leading the Women’s Revolution. However, there were some veterans who were forgotten; one such name is Natalya Neidhart, or simply Natalya.
She has been one of the longest-serving wrestlers in the women’s locker room and has been proudly carrying the legacy of the Hart Dynasty. Despite being on the sidelines and losing her last couple of matches in WWE, she has remained to reign in the hearts of the fans.
Recently, the former Divas Champion’s contributions inside the ring were recognized by the Cauliflower Alley Club, honoring her with an esteemed award.

It’s one of Aew’s biggest pay-per-views of the year: Double or Nothing 2025, which was broadcast live from Glendale, Arizona. The show had the usual surprises, appearances, and sheer craziness that comes with the company’s first (and flagship) PPV. This year’s Double or Nothing opened with the usual “Buy In” that saw Anna Jay and Harley Cameron pick up the surprise win against Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford; and Ar Fox, Bandido, Komander and Hologram beat the team of Trent Beretta, Rocky Romero, Lio Rush and Action Andretti. Becky Lynch has been an emphatic performer inside the ring. While she has dominated most of her rivals during her career, her life beyond the squared ring is little known. This is largely because Becky Lynch has a talent largely unknown to the WWE universe.
Few are aware that Becky Lynch has also ventured into the music industry, where she made a surprising impact with her vocal performances. While courage and determination define her in-ring persona, her brief foray into singing revealed a strikingly different side, one that captivated audiences in an entirely unexpected way.

Despite a threat from Donald Trump to shut his mouth — or else, Bruce Springsteen stood his ground, unleashing another blistering critique of the president and his administration during a concert in Manchester, England, on Saturday night.
The New Jersey rocker echoed many of the same sentiments delivered during the kick-off of The E Street Band’s “Land of Hope and Dreams Tour” earlier this week. “In my home, the America I love, the America I’ve written about, and has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years, is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous administration,” Springsteen proclaimed. “Tonight, we ask all who believe in democracy and the best of our American experience to rise with us, raise your voices against the authoritarianism, and let freedom ring!”

In May 2022, Sasha Banks, now Mercedes Moné, and Naomi made news after exiting a WWE “Monday Night Raw” filming for a number of reasons, but primarily a creative direction WWE had taken that neither they nor the fans liked or agreed with. They had recently won the Women’s Tag Team Championships and did not want to get split up so quickly in favor of a creative direction.
It would be fair to say the fans still carry that news in their minds as of May 2025. Fans have called WWE’s actions and whatever was done thereafter “pure evil.” WWE used Becky Lynch to make jokes and mock Sasha and Naomi for their decision, and it has really left a sour taste in a lot of fans’ mouths. It is absolutely crazy what has happened to everyone involved since that time.

Being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame is a huge honor, but not every wrestler gets the chance. There’s no set rule for who gets in—the decision is based on their impact on the wrestling industry, how fans see them, and their championship wins.
However, titles alone don’t always matter; what truly counts is the wrestler’s influence on fans and the sport itself. Over the years, many legendary wrestlers have been added to the Hall of Fame, but not all of them are still admired by fans, as some have lost the respect they used to get from fans for different reasons.

Becky Lynch is among the top names in WWE women’s wrestling. After almost 11 months, she returned to the WWE at WrestleMania 41, and it was almost perfect. She secured the tag team championship that night with Valkyria.
Valkyria had earlier teamed up with Bayley, but she had to find a new tag team partner, as some unknown faces mauled Bayley that night. Though Lynch came to save the day for Valkyria, and they both won the championship, Lynch later revealed that she was the one who attacked Bayley.
Recently, she appeared on a podcast where she continued to take brutal digs at Bayley, and one of her roasts was so bad she couldn’t stop laughing about it.

In a recent segment of Raw, Becky Lynch addressed the whole situation of Bayley at WrestleMania and then abruptly admitted, “It was me; I did it.

Recently, she appeared on a podcast where she continued to take brutal digs at Bayley, and one of her roasts was so bad she couldn’t stop laughing about it.

Despite showrunner Joanna Calo recently declaring the fourth season would debut on June 15, it has now been confirmed via a report from Variety that the critical and audience smash-hit series The Bearwill actually debut its fourth season on June 25, ten days later than first suggested. From 5 p.m. Pt/8 p.m. Et on June 25, all ten episodes in the upcoming season will debut on Hulu, with Disney+ hosting the series internationally.
A year has passed since The Bear's third season became the lowest-rated of the series on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, with many citing issues with pacing and tone as reasons for the drop-off in quality. Still, that won't stop millions of fans from tuning in and likely binge-watching all ten episodes in one serving upon its debut, with the aforementioned Calo, creator Christopher Storer, and others behind the series hoping to regain the once-spotless reputation the comedy/drama had.

Pro-wrestling has seen some incredible stars in the making regarding the women’s division. Saraya-Jade Bevis, aka Paige, has revolutionised WWE’s women’s roster before taking a brief hiatus from the sport. However, she returned to the squared circle under the banner of Aew and ran a fine stint before her contract expired.
Being an integral part of the Women’s Revolution, these two traded heavy blows for the Divas Championship multiple times before Paige eventually shifted to other rivalries featuring Charlotte Flair, Nikki Bella, Sasha Banks, and the Bella Twins.

Many in the women’s division of the WWE have come and left an indelible impact, but only a few have left the kind of impact Alexa Bliss had in the company. In what looked like a seemingly less physically built wrestler suited for mid-level wrestling, she took the wrestling community by surprise with her in-ring athleticism and unmatched skills.
She climbed the ladder of success at a rapid pace, contrary to the expectations of fans and wrestling fans alike. Emphatically, she achieved a rather historic milestone 8 years ago that cemented her name in the history of the sport.

Bruce Springsteen has unearthed a stirring song called “Faithless,” which will appear on his upcoming compilation Tracks II: The Lost Albums, out June 27th (pre-order here).
“Faithless” was originally intended as the title track of a soundtrack for a film that was never completed. Springsteen wrote and recorded much of the song and soundtrack in between the conclusion of the “Devils & Dust” tour in November 2005 and the release of “We Shall Overcome: The Seeger Sessions” in April 2006. Springsteen claims he wrote the entire soundtrack for the film before it began production; the full soundtrack for the “spiritual Western” film included four instrumental pieces and featured a similarly meditative tone to “Faithless.”
“This was a really unusual collection of songs,” The Boss said of “Faithless” and the unreleased soundtrack in a press release. “You could recognize details and maybe a character or two. But for the most part, I just wrote...

Sasha Banks was one of the biggest names in WWE’s women’s division, but had to leave the company along with Naomi in May 2022 because of creative indifference with Vince McMahon. Though Naomi made a comeback to the promotion in the recent Royal Rumble, Banks chose to move to Japan and join the New Japan Pro Wrestling (Njpw).
Since following her new career route, she hasn’t been involved with WWE in any manner, at least that’s what we thought. As per recent reports, Banks attended WWE events even after she left the promotion to support her friend, Bayley.

Having been a WWE champion 17 times, John Cena has always been the perfect fan favorite hero, an example of hard work and a desire to achieve. His recent decline into heel status has confused the WWE Universe and shocked fans, as many are not sure what a heel even is. Since he had been considered such a good person, one could only hope it was a gimmick.
But Cena outdid himself by dragging the WWE fan base into an even larger controversy when he began singing the praises of Logan Paul. For a wrestling fan to cheer on a part-time “wrestler” who claims to treat WWE as simply another gig is hard to think about, especially for those fans who have seen Cena grow from a jobber for WWE to a 17-time champion.

Stephanie Vaquer has become the toast of the town. She has been promoted heavily by the WWE and made her first main roster appearance at this week’s Raw after WrestleMania. Vaquer was one of the biggest acquisitions made by the company last year. Nine months later, she became the first Nxt double champion and is poised to be one of the future stars of the women’s division.
Vaquer’s road to the WWE has been pretty long. She traversed continents and faced numerous opponents before she came to Nxt. From Cmll to Aew, wrestling fans have seen her grow and become one of the best women wrestlers in the world.

Stephanie Vaquer was born on 29 March 1993 in San Fernando, Colchagua Province, Chile, to Héctor Vaquer Alvera and Gladys González Soto. She was a WWE fan growing up and adored Rey Mysterio.

Bayley was one of Triple H’s crown jewels at Nxt. Her story at the developmental brand was perfectly crafted, and everyone celebrated its payoff. She was the ultimate baby face at Full Sail, and her rivalry with Sasha Banks (Mercedes Mone) produced some of the best women’s matches ever. Yet, Bayley hasn’t been treated as well on the main roster compared to her contemporaries.
She was supposed to be the next big baby face for the women’s division, but was ruined by Vince McMahon’s booking during the late 2010s. After Hhh became the head of creative, things did start looking up for her, but now, she has a diminished spot on the roster, and that has annoyed the former women’s champion.

But, as anyone who’s been to a WWE event can tell you, not everything goes according to plan. Sure, we had some jaw-dropping matches, but we also had moments that made us cringe and ask, “What just happened?” From botched entrances to confusing storytelling, WrestleMania 41 served up some moments that weren’t exactly the highlight reel material WWE probably hoped for.
So, here’s a look at the five most embarrassing moments that stood out during this year’s event, some of which left fans speechless (and not in a good way).

Bianca Belair’s first WrestleMania victory came on April 10, 2021 — and she hasn’t looked back since. That night, she and her opponent Sasha Banks made history as the first Black women to headline WrestleMania, delivering a moment that was as powerful as it was groundbreaking. But it wasn’t just a milestone — it was the start of something bigger.
Since then, Belair has racked up win after win on WWE’s biggest stage: defeating Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 38, overcoming Asuka at WrestleMania 39, and teaming with Jade Cargill and Naomi in 2024 to take down Damage Ctrl.
That’s four WrestleMania appearances, four victories, and one undeniable reign in the ring. Being undefeated at WrestleMania carries a lot of weight — just think about one of the most shocking results in WWE history, when The Undertaker’s undefeated streak of 21 straight WrestleMania victories came...

All Elite Wrestling (Aew) and its weekly Wednesday night show “Dynamite” are set to pass a major milestone in the pro wrestling world.
The April 16 episode of “Dynamite” on TBS will mark the show’s 289th, meaning it has officially aired longer than the 288 episodes produced by WCW’s “Monday Nitro,” which aired on fellow Turner network TNT from 1995-2001.
“It had a major influence on anyone that was watching wrestling at that time,” Aew president, CEO and general manager Tony Khan said of “Nitro” in an interview with Variety. “Some of the real highlights of ’90s professional wrestling happened on that show.”
“Nitro” is one of the most important shows in wrestling history, having fueled the so-called Monday Night Wars against WWE and “Monday Night Raw” in the mid 1990s. A dedicated fan and student of pro wrestling, Khan in particular praised early “Nitro” storylines like “Macho Man,” Randy Savage...

All Elite Wrestling is gearing up to host episode 289 of Dynamite on April 16 in Boston. The special “Spring Break Thru” themed show is especially meaningful because it makes the Aew flagship the longest-running prime time weekly pro wrestling program on TBS or TNT. The now defunct World Championship Wrestling held that distinction previously with Monday Nitro, which ran on TNT from Labor Day 1995 to March 26, 2001. Dynamite has become a staple Wednesday nights for Warner Brothers Discovery since its premiere October 2, 2019 on TNT. The series has since moved to TBS and also now simulcasts on the Max streamer. Tony Khan is marking the milestone with a stacked card including the anticipated Mercedes Mone versus Athena showdown and Will Ospreay battling Konosuke Takeshita in Owen Hart Cup Tournament action. We caught up with the CEO, Gm and head of creative in the modest of Aew’s latest accomplishment, Tony, how are you?...

Looking back at 2022, Naomi (a.k.a. Trinity Fatu) hit the pro-wrestling world like a freight train when she stormed out of WWE with a vengeance, leaving her Women’s Tag Team Championship belt on the desk and her own career in upheaval.

Everybody's got a hungry heart for more of Jeremy Allen White playing Bruce Springsteen, and Disney is here to deliver at CinemaCon. During the Mouse House's two-hour presentation on Thursday, a new sizzle reel was shared exclusively to attendees that shed some more light on the upcoming biopic Deliver Me From Nowhere, about The Boss's journey to creating his stripped-down sixth album, Nebraska. Collider's Britta DeVore was seated at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for the presentation of the sneak peek and received a new look at The Bear star amid the pivotal moment in his musical career.
While we've already seen White dressed as the spitting image of the "Born in the U.S.A." singer, the reel goes much deeper.
Bruce is recording on his own at the start of the teaser, happy and content to be doing the work by himself before he’s pulled into the big game.

Stephanie McMahon never backs off from a confrontation, and in one such confrontation, she went a bit far by calling a woman wrestler, “a spoiled brat,” and “a waste of talent.”
It wouldn’t have been surprising, as Stephanie McMahon is known for her rash words. However, this time, these words were directed towards a WWE Women’s Champion who was bringing a revolution to the women’s wrestling industry.

Saraya-Jade Bevis, better known as Paige/Saraya, has been wrestling for almost two decades. Born into a wrestling family, Saraya debuted at the age of 13. Her family was considered “crazy,” and they were. Saraya’s mother was a wrestler, and her father was a wrestling promoter.
They were accused of abusing trainees in their academy, among other things. A documentary on them called Wrestlers: Fighting with my Family was also released. Despite all of that craziness, Saraya rose in the industry rapidly.
She signed with WWE at 18 and became part of a budding women’s division at Nxt. As Paige, she was the first-ever Nxt Women’s Champion. Then, on her main roster debut, she won the now-defunct Divas Title. Post her 2014-15 run, where she won 2 titles and became the head of her faction (Pcb), she couldn’t sustain her momentum. Injuries and suspensions slowed her down.

Instead, they decided to focus on a movie, The Mandalorian & Grogu, which was officially announced in January 2024. Jon Favreau was set to direct, co-write with Dave Filoni, and produce alongside Kathleen Kennedy, Filoni, and Ian Bryce.

Mercedes Varnado believes her character's return to Star Wars is not entirely out of question.
Varnado recently appeared on Sackhoff's podcast, The Sackhoff Show, and weighed in on Koska Reeves' future in the franchise.
"I would love to come back if given the opportunity, but there hasn't been any talks thus far because the magic of Disney, you got to keep everything super quiet," she said. "I don't know what's in the works with The Mandalorian, but I definitely hope to be back one day."
The Aew star, who was formerly with WWE under the name Sasha Banks, Varnado first appeared in The Mandalorian Season 2 episode titled "Chapter 11: The Heiress" as a Mandalorian warrior, Koska Reeves. She debuted alongside Katee Sackhoff, who reprised her voice acting role of Bo-Katan Kryze in the Jon Favreau-helmed series from Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
