A former archaeologist, Trevor Doyle is perhaps best known for producing Mongolia's 2019 entry to the Oscars and Golden Globes, "The Steed" shot entirely in Mongolia, winning best picture at the San Diego International Film Festival, and was awarded the Spirit of Cinema Award at Oldenburg International Film Festival in Germany.
Doyle is also known for producing Finland's first superhero film "Rendel: Dark Vengeance". Rendel was both a commercial success and a multi-award-winning festival darling, achieving great international notoriety at the Cannes Film Festival, and Feratum Film Fest in Mexico City, where it won best action feature.
Trevor's twist-heavy Mongolian horror/thriller "Aberrance" premiered with great excitement at the festival giant South By Southwest in the prestigious Midnighter's section in 2023.
Trevor rose through the ranks and learned by doing, working as a camera op, grip and electric, editing, line producing, doing sound, casting, locations, writing, and DIT. This has given Trevor a holistic knowledge of the filmmaking process script to screen few posses in the industry.
In Portland Oregon, Doyle produced and directed numerous award-winning commercials, music videos, and PSAs and ran a motion capture studio working with the artistic director of Super Genius Studios, creators of The Walking Dead video game.
Always interested in working on artistic endeavors that make a difference Trevor worked as the technical director for The Spanish-speaking TV show "En Familia", which covered issues for migrants in the US, and instructed battered migrant women on how to do all forms of production work.
Other feature films of note from his career are Sergei Bodrov's "Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan" starring Tadanobu Asano, DJ Caruso's "Disturbia" starring Shia LaBeouf, Deborah Kampmeier's "Hound Dog" starring David Morse and Dakota Fanning.
Trevor began his producing career while on a one-year hiatus from the Finnish National Board of Antiquities where he wrote, produced, and directed a documentary about Finnish Winter War evacuees called "In the Shadow of Pallas", all this while working as a reindeer herder on the Norwegian border of Lapland.
Having produced and consulted on an eclectic array of films in countries such as Australia, Kazakhstan, Finland, Mongolia, Sweden, India, Japan, Turkey, and The U.S.A., He continues to develop projects globally.
Trevor, a disabled U.S. Army combat veteran, is a native of Southern California and was educated in Los Angeles, New York City, Massachusetts, Idaho, Oregon, and Finland.
