Lindsay Fleuriet (Plaskett) is an American production designer, writer, editor, and producer.
Fascinated by transforming reality at a young age, she turned her parent's home into a haunted house and produced ghostly wagon rides to entertain her siblings and neighborhood friends. At ten years old, she realized that art was a powerful force in her life while creating what she considers to be her first multimedia sculpture using hot glue, old toys, and board games discovered in a dilapidated barn she was forbidden to enter.
While in college, an art history museum trip to London and Paris ignited a desire to pursue art on a larger scale. Yet, it was not until she moved to New York City in 2013 and started a business with her sister designing costumes and film sets that the idea was actualized. In 2018, she began Youngstown Prop Shop to service the growing film industry in her native Youngstown, Ohio, as well as those in Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
Her artistic sensibilities are influenced by Wes Anderson, Jan Svankmajer, Stevie Wonder, and Jim Henson.
She's on a real Rick and Morty and Donald Glover kick at the moment.
