WWE Evolution just wrapped up, and wow, the stakes seriously couldn’t have been higher for the women’s division. The biggest names in the game, Rhea Ripley, Bayley, Trish Stratus, and Becky Lynch, went head-to-head in a night packed with fierce battles for glory and pride.

We got some absolute fire matches, the kind that remind you how far the women’s division has come. Huge props to Triple H for this transformation; he’s taken the division from being sidelined and treated like filler to giving it proper stories, rivalries, and even whole events. It’s no longer an afterthought; it’s a full-blown attraction that fans genuinely care about.

Sure, Triple H’s decisions have had their share of backlash, and some people felt the event was rushed or lacked build-up, but in the end, Evolution delivered. It hit hard, and honestly? It was a total banger.

The Miz made his way to ringside to observe the match, but R-Truth appeared out of nowhere to attack his former friend. The New Day capitalized on the fracas at ringside, as Kofi Kingston rolled up Akam to progress in the tournament.

Nxt Superstars Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson were at ringside to watch Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill defend their WWE Women’s Tag Team Title against Damage Ctrl. Belair and Cargill looked to continue their incredible run, but Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane proved to be tough competitors. Sky went for the Over the Moonsault, but Cargill pulled Belair to safety. With the referee’s back turned, Legend and Jackson attacked Sky at ringside, allowing Belair to hit Sky with the K.O.D. to win the match.

Looking to receive a title match against World Heavyweight Champion Gunther, Sami Zayn took on The Ring General’s right-hand man Ludwig Kaiser. Kaiser used the ringside area to his advantage by knocking Zayn off to the top of the barricade into the timekeeper’s area and by dropkicking Zayn directly into the ring steps. Despite the repeated abuse from Kaiser, Zayn hit the Helluva Kick to gain the impressive win. After the match, Gunther once again refused to defend the World Heavyweight Title against Zayn.

The fourth Dlc for WWE 2K24 has arrived this week, entitled Global Superstars, bringing with it seven new playable characters. This particular release includes more female wrestlers than any other downloadable content produced for this iteration of the franchise, including Nia Jax, whos currently on quite the hot streak, holding both the Womens World Champion and Queen of the Ring titles. 2K24 has made a name for itself as one of the highest-reviewed WWE games in years, receiving praise for its wide array of modes and extremely detailed character creation options.

Despite receiving loud jeers from the WWE Universe, an enraged Pete Dunne looked to take down his former mentor Sheamus. The chants seemed to distract Dunne as The Celtic Warrior dodged a hand crusher to perform an Alabama slam directly onto the announce table. Dunne withstood a monumental amount of punishment from The Celtic Warrior but kept fighting. After being brutalized with the 10 Beats of the Bodhran, Dunne went for the Shillelagh, but Sheamus wrenched it from Dunne’s hands. With the referee preoccupied with taking away the weapon from Sheamus, Dunne used a cricket bat to wallop Sheamus. Dunne then hit a huge knee strike to earn the big-time win.

Monday Night Raw was on incredible form as the WWE took to Portland, Or, to continue the road to Bad Blood. Cm Punk opened the show with an intimidating promo aimed at an absent Drew McIntyre, Pete Dunne would score an enormous win over Sheamus, and tension has reached an all-time high in The New Day with a break-up seeming imminent.

Jey Uso and Bron Breakker will headline next week's Raw and hyped their Intercontinental Title match with an incredible confrontation. Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman tore each other and the building apart (literally), Damien Priest would beat Dominic Mysterio in the night's Main Event, but The Judgment Day would then make Priest and his Terror Twin, Rhea Ripley, pay with an epic beatdown to close the show.

In his first match back since his injury, Braun Strowman dismantled Jd McDonagh, chucking him around like a sack of flour. McDonagh tried chopping Strowman, leading to a vicious chop from The Monster of All Monsters. Despite a hobbled knee, Strowman was still able to take out McDonagh with the freight train clothesline. As Strowman was looking to put away McDonagh, Finn Bálor and Carlito tried to take out The Monster of All Monsters. This backfired as Strowman shook them off, hitting a Tilt-a-whirl Powerslam on McDonagh to win the match. After the match, McDonagh tried attacking with a steel chair, an enraged Strowman forced McDonagh, Bálor and Carlito to flee.
