Victor O'Frank aka Victor Okoye is a Nigerian cinematographer, screenwriter and director. Best known for his award winning short film Purpose. Victor's first work as a director was A Man Scorned, which he wrote and directed himself based off his personal life story. He received his first major award after his very first documentary, creative minds at Africa's most prestigious Short film competition, Afrinolly.
