New Delhi, Dec 30 (Ians) Taking a trip down the memory lane, actress Vidya Balan revealed how during her childhood, she refused to eat her food if she didn’t see the famous song ‘Sara Zamana’ featuring Amitabh Bachchan on television.

‘Sara Zamana’, sung by Kishore Kumar, is from the 1981 movie ‘Yaarana’ starring Amitabh, Neetu Singh, and Tanuja. Vidya appeared for the finale episode of quiz-based reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 15’, along with Indian Para-archer Sheetal Devi.

Kajol was seen wearing a red saree with silver lotus motifs on it. She kept her hair open, and completed the look with red bangles.

Actor Deb Mukherjee, who is the uncle of Kajol was also present at the pandal. Both can be seen in a candid conversation and later posed for pictures.

Known for her stint in ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, actress Sumona Chakravarti was also present at the puja. She wore a black saree, with golden work on it. Sumona tied her hair in a ponytail, and opted for silver and golden coloured jhumkas, and golden bangles.

Currently based in London for the past two weeks, the filmmaker was recently honoured with the Lifetime Contribution to UK-India Relations award at the Igf’s UK-India Awards.
