Polygon's massive new survey of anime-viewing audiences has revealed respondents' most popular anime streaming services in the U.S. -- with some definite surprises for Gen Z and Millennial fans.
A new Polygon study conducted by Edwin Wong and Sebastian Fernandez surveyed over 4,000 Americans over the age of 18 about how they consume anime. The study was carried out in collaboration with The Circus in August 2023, and it revealed that while Netflix is the leading destination for anime watchers among survey respondents, the rest of the list may come as a surprise.
