Iven grew up in Glendale, Arizona in a smaller educational environment.
Once he graduated, he began studying architectural engineering at
Glendale Community College. It was during his time at GCC that he was
encouraged to consider modeling which quickly sparked his curiosity for
acting. He met a local actor who organized acting classes and attended
his first acting class. He was bitten by the acting bug. Iven
immediately switched his regular academic classes and began focusing on
acting for film and television. Once he graduated from Glendale
Community College, Iven transfered over to Arizona State University
where he continued his studies for another year. He soon decided to
continue his education in a more practical approach. He jumped around
on odd jobs until he was ready to make the move to Los Angeles. Once he
moved, he immediately found an acting coach with whom he knew was right
for him. Since his move, Iven has continued his exploration of the art
of acting through classes and doing his own projects with fellow actors
and creators.
