Phedra Syndelle was born and raised in Houston, Texas. From an early age, she immersed herself in martial arts, theater, and dance - disciplines that would later shape her career.
She went on to attend the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor's degree in Television and Radio with a minor in Dance. After discovering a true passion for acting, Phedra made the bold move to Los Angeles in 2012 to pursue her dreams.
While booking acting roles, her lifelong love for action films sparked an interest in stunts. With her martial arts background and years of intensive training, she broke into the stunt community and quickly built a reputation for her talent and discipline. Phedra has since established herself as a successful stunt woman, contributing to some of the highest-grossing television shows and films of all time.
Never one to wait on opportunities, Phedra is now expanding her creative path by producing and writing her own projects, determined to tell stories on her own terms and carve out space for her unique voice in the industry.
