Patrick is a producer and director from Melbourne, Australia. His works have been BAFTA student shortlisted, BSC Cinematography nominated, and screened at premiere international BAFTA and Oscar qualifying film festivals.
He majored in film studies in his undergraduate degree and worked as a DJ on radio and techno clubs before moving to train at the London Film School and National Film & TV School. His writing often explores themes of masculinity in contemporary society with a penchant for making audiences laugh.
He is based in London and in 2023 opened a production company with his long term collaborator, called Courageous Donuts. Their focus is on producing bold films from emerging filmmakers with a fresh voice. 'We aim to create a home for the cinema and filmmakers we are passionate about.'
They are developing a feature based on their first short, Sparare alle Angurie (Shortlist Cannes Semaine de la Critique 2023; Premiere Interfilm Berlin & El Gouna Film Festival 2023.)
