Fox’s Doc episode nine was titled “What Goes Up…” so it’s only natural that episode 10, the season finale, is called “…Must Come Down.” Season one will wrap up on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 9pm Et/Pt. On February 26, Fox announced the series will return for season two.

Molly Parker plays Chief of Internal Medicine Dr. Amy Larsen, Omar Metwally is Dr. Michael Hamda, Amirah Vann is Dr. Gina Walker, Jon Ecker is Dr. Jake Heller, and Anya Banerjee is Dr. Sonya Maitra. Season one guest stars include Scott Wolf as Dr. Richard Miller and Patrick Walker as Dr. Tj Coleman.
