Warning! Spoilers about Daisy Jones & The Six episodes 9 & 10 and the Daisy Jones & The Six book ahead. The Daisy Jones & The Six season 1 finale included many changes from the original material in Taylor Jenkins Reid’s book, but one alteration in particular regarding one character’s death made the story less ruthless. Teddy Price’s sudden illness after Daisy Jones & The Six’s SNL appearance in Daisy Jones & The Six episode 9 shocked all band members, but also tour manager Rod Reyes and Simone Jackson. While the moment’s importance was emphasized by their reaction and worry, along with Billy’s heartfelt "if you die, I can't... I don't know what I'd do" speech, Teddy’s heart attack killed him in the book, making the rest of the tour very hard for Daisy Jones & The Six.

“Daisy Jones & the Six” has arrived. Fans of the bestselling Taylor Jenkins Reid novel of the same name have been anxiously awaiting Amazon Prime Video’s TV series adaptation of the book, and the story of this fictional 1970s rock band is unfolding over a number of weeks on the streaming service.
The story is one told in a grand flashback, as members of the titular band sit down for a documentary about their rise (and fall?) and the show then presents the story as it happened back in the ’70s. The book is a full-on oral history, but in the TV series, what we see is what actually happened – not peoples’ own versions of events – so we witness how Sam Claflin’s rocker Billy Dunne reluctantly allows aspiring songwriter and performer Daisy Jones (Riley Keough) to work on one of The Six’s songs. The resulting smash hit...

The official trailer of the upcoming musical-drama series titled ‘Daisy Jones & The Six’ was unveiled recently. It serves a delectable treat of the 1970s aesthetics in terms of costumes, colour palette, styling, themes and of course the music which is the fulcrum of the series.
Although the story is presented in a documentary style, including background interviews with the band, ‘Daisy Jones & The Six’ is a fictional story that captures the essence of creativity in the erratic, wild world of the 1970s and the band’s journey from its rise to the fall.
The series, which is based on the eponymous novel, features Riley Keough as Daisy Jones, Sam Claflin as Billy Dunne, Camila Morrone as Camila Dunne, Will Harrison as Graham Dunne, Suki Waterhouse as Karen Sirko, Josh Whitehouse as Eddie Roundtree, Sebastian Chacon as Warren Rojas, Nabiyah Be as Simone Jackson, and Tom Wright as Teddy Price,...

In an upcoming series from Prime Video, a world-renowned band has a tumultuous time recording their most-famous record and is slowly torn apart by drama, trauma, jealousy, and drug use. Surprisingly, this isn't the premise for a "Fleetwood Mac" biopic — it's an adaptation of Taylor Jenkins Reid's bestselling novel, "Daisy Jones and the Six." Like the book, the series will tell the tale of a '70s band whose breakup makes them legends.
But it isn't all dashed dreams and broken hearts. Before the fall, there was a meteoric rise to fame. Billy Dunne (Sam Claflin) and Daisy Jones (Riley Keough) are two superstars in the making. Long before they've met, the separate artists are oozing talent. But sometimes it takes a little more than that to claim success and it isn't until they cross paths that stardom truly awaits. Their undeniable chemistry catapults the band to the top of the charts,...
