Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvanian, DT Robinson has been a business and entertainment entrepreneur for the past 25 years. DT has directed veteran TV and Film actors who have worked on several Oscar and Golden Globe winning & Emmy nominated projects which include: "The Blind Side," "Django," "12 Years a Slave," "Selma" and "The Birth of A Nation" & popular TV shows: "Ray Donovan, "The Walking Dead," "East Bound & Down" "Fear of The Walking Dead-Passage," "The Wire," etc. DT is also the creator and producer of the hit "Sons of Comedy" tour which featured Mason Pryor, son of comic icon Richard Pryor.
In addition to writing, directing and producing, DT has been hired to consult and create entertainment branding and personal strategic plans: for executives, political figures and established stage & screen entertainers. His consulting clients have included: International film star Robert Woods (lead in over 50 feature films & honored by star Director Quentin Tarentino), James Paige III (Former Commissioner of Banking - West Virginia & Protégé of Senator Jay Rockefeller), Canadian TV & Film actor Danso Gordon (featured lead in Cannes & Sundance Films, Cast Regular on 3 different TV shows), Former Mayor of Lancaster, CA Henry Hearns, celebrity dancer Justin Boulet (danced on hit TV show "Glee," tour dancer for "Taylor Swift," "Carrie Underwood" & "Mila Kunis, etc.).
DT holds a BS degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and has completed The Harvard Graduate School of Business - Venture in Management certification program. He also holds a Black Belt in Hapkido and a California Teaching Credential. DT has been featured on Foxs News and USA Network as well as the CBS Pittsburgh affiliate.
