If you're here, then one or more of the following three things are true: It's the weekend, you're looking for something to watch, and you're a fan of Taylor Sheridan's shows. Thankfully, you have come to the right place for a recommendation of which of his shows to binge-watch this weekend. There's a lot of them, so it's entirely possible that you haven't watched them all.
Since debuting Yellowstone on the Paramount Network in 2018, Sheridan has expanded his television universe quite a bit in the following year, branching out with an extension of the franchise on streaming. Even beyond the Yellowstone series, Sheridan has additional star-studded shows like Lioness and Lawmen: Bass Reeves that are also worthing binge-watching.
But we're narrowing the list down to the four shows that will soon be returning with new seasons (or spinoffs) and can be binge-watch in a weekend. Since Yellowstone's five...

Tulsa King will return under new management for the upcoming third season of the show, with a new showrunner, Dave Erickson, taking the reins to bring a continual level of gangster ease to the mob drama. Premiering in November 2022, the Paramount+ series is created by Taylor Sheridan and follows the journey of Sylvester Stallone's Dwight Manfredi, a New York mafia capo, exiled to Tulsa despite spending a long stint in prison to protect his crime family. Ahead of the highly anticipated third season, we have our first look at the General, and it would seem like he has returned to familiar territory in Season 3.

Long before she shared the screen with Sylvester Stallone, she was actually a part of the United States Marine Corps. She lived through the Marine service, and it taught her how to be disciplined and focused in life.

Tulsa King Seasons 1 and 2 have been massive hits for Paramount. Sylvester Stallone plays Dwight Manfredi, the gangster from New York who takes over Tulsa -- his first leading role in a TV series. Season 2 reached 10 million streams worldwide, which is 8% more than Season 1's already impressive numbers, and the lead actor is rumored to be getting a raise for the next one. In November 2024, Deadline reported that the studio was renewing the show for two more seasons. Later in December 2024, Stallone seemingly confirmed via Instagram that Season 3 is already in the works with a picture of a script.
Paramount has not officially confirmed any deals regarding the future of Tulsa King yet, though. The Taylor Sheridan-produced series has been a hit for Paramount+, and with Yellowstone ending, the Oklahoma-set Tulsa King returning for season 3 is good news. So, let’s dive in and take a look at what Sylvester Stallone and his crime crew will be coming up with this year.
Sylvester Stallone has “confirmed” Season 3.
Usually, we kick off articles like this once a series has been officially greenlit. Still, it seems almost sure that Tulsa King will return for a third season, thanks to star Sylvester Stallone bragging about it on social media. With the record-breaking premiere numbers for season two, Stallone took to Instagram where he wrote, “I am elated and so proud of our cast because our show has gone up 75% over last year, which is unheard of, and Season 2 got 100% on Rotten Tomatoes!

Exclusive: Tulsa King is still pulling its weight over at Paramount+ as Season 2 has become one of the three biggest domestic originals in the streaming service’s history.
The second season, which wrapped up on November 17, has reached 13.6M global households to date, according to Paramount Global. It trails only behind Taylor Sheridan’s other hit 1923 and its own first season.
(It’s common for Paramount+ to tout global households rather that viewers, since the company can’t determine how many people are watching via a single stream, or if anyone is actually watching at all.)
This is a victory not only for Stallone and Sheridan, but for MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, which have been on a winning streak as of late. They also produce 1923 as well as Landman, which recently had the biggest global series premiere for Paramount+ in two years.

Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan has found even more success with his latest cowboy/mafia drama, Tulsa King. The show centers around a mobster who is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma after finishing a lengthy prison sentence. After assembling a rag-tag crew of misfits, Dwight (Sylvester Stallone) seeks to build his own family and take over Tulsa. With the show's success, there was much anticipation around the second season, especially after the inconclusive finale of season 1.
Although it seemed like Dwight and company would have a happy ending, the season 1 finale ended on a cliffhanger. Dwight was finally caught by the Atf/FBI. With the last scene of Tulsa King season 1 showing Dwight's daughter Tina (Tatiana Zappardino) reliving her traumatic childhood by watching her father leave in handcuffs again, the ending left many questions unanswered. However, Paramount+'s Tulsa King returned with a bang for its second outing, and has established itself as an ongoing drama.

Warning! This article contains Spoilers for Tulsa King season 2, episode 10.The finale of Tulsa King season 2 had some explosive twists in store, and more than a few game-changing developments for Dwight Manfredi (Sylvester Stallone) and his gang. Dwight has been dealing with an almost overwhelming number of problems throughout Tulsa King season 2. He had enemies coming at him from three directions - Tulsa, Kansas City, and New York - and he had personal problems to deal with as well, such as his relationship with Tina (Tatiana Zappardino). The finale of Tulsa King season 2 wrapped several of those issues up, but it also left some questions unanswered.

Warning! This article contains Spoilers for Tulsa King season 2, episode 8.The ending of Tulsa King season 2, episode 8 ramps up everything about Sylvester Stallone's crime show, especially the war between Dwight Manfredi and Bill Bevilaqua (Frank Grillo). After the bombing of Dwight's Navigator and Tyson's (Jay Will) reckless attack on Bill Bevilaqua at the end of Tulsa King season 2, episode 7, the show is quickly escalating. Tyson's relationship with his family is strained but healing, Dwight's relationship with Tina (Tatiana Zappardino) is getting worse, and war has broken out between the various gangs and power players. With so much going on at the same time, an explanation could be helpful.
Tyson's attack on Bill Bevilaqua, combined with tensions that have been brewing all season, put all the characters of Tusla King season 2 into a full-scale war. Bevilaqua has already drawn blood, and it looks like there's plenty more to come.

With only a handful of episodes left, the Paramount+ show kicks its violence in high gear and puts all the threats and one-liners to the side. "Life Support" picks up where Season 2, Episode 6, "Navigator" left off, revealing definitively what happened to Mark Mitchell. The story follows Mark's son Tyson and Vince Antonacci as they reach points from which they will never return, and effectively explores what that means for each of them. In Season 2, Episode 6, "Navigator," Tina convinced her father Dwight Manfredi that she wanted a firearm to protect herself and her children... which audiences know is now a very valid concern, since the episode ended with Tyson's father Mark Mitchell being the victim of a car bomb. But Tina learning how to shoot is one more example of how she's not just Dwight's daughter.

‘Tulsa King’ Star Tatiana Zappardino Reveals What We Didn’t See Between Mitch & Tina, Season 3 Hopes
Tulsa King‘s second season has officially reached the point of no return for Dwight’s (Sylvester Stallone) crew as the stakes of his feud with Bevilaqua (Frank Grillo) and Cal (Neal Mcdonough) have truly been raised. Right now, the person who’s suffering the most is the one who saw the repercussions coming a mile away: Tyson’s (Jay Will) father was in the new car he bought when it blew up — an explosion that was meant to target Dwight himself. Earlier in the season, Dwight’s daughter Tina (Tatiana Zappardino) uprooted her children and moved to Tulsa to be a part of her dad’s life. But is she starting to regret that decision? TV Insider spoke to Tatiana Zappardino about Tina’s state of mind — and the swoony scene fans didn’t get to see. This season has been interesting in that Tina is giving into Dwight...

I think it’s safe to say Morgan and Karadec are finally working as a unit on High Potential Season 1 Episode 6. The days of bickering and quitting on the spot are long gone.
If there is one thing this series is a pro at, it’s keeping the story moving and not letting anything get stale. Whether it’s the writing, the acting, or a combination of both, every episode is fresher than the last.
Now that we’re halfway through High Potential Season 1, fans can expect some shake-ups to keep the plot interesting.

Stepping into the role of Tina Manfredi on Tulsa King was no small feat for Tatiana Zappardino.
Playing the daughter of a mob boss — especially one portrayed by Sylvester Stallone — brings its own set of challenges, but for Tatiana, it was exactly the kind of role she’d envisioned for herself from the start of her acting career.
When asked if she ever imagined landing such a role, Tatiana doesn’t skip a beat. “I believed in myself,” she says confidently.

After serving in the Marine Corps as a public affairs officer, Tatiana decided to pursue her dreams, maxing out credit cards, taking classes, and diving headfirst into the world of acting.
“Everyone thought I was crazy,” she laughs, recalling how she left her job as a server to focus on acting full-time. “But I knew it was going to happen. I didn’t necessarily think I...

It’s still not Young Sheldon, and it can’t be, but Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage Season 1 Episode 2 was a lot closer to what I’ve been missing.
Maybe it was the Missy subplot or Georgie talking to George’s grave, but the second installment of this new spinoff felt a lot more familiar and comfortable.

Tulsa King, the hit Paramount+ series from creator Taylor Sheridan and head writer Terence Winter, is currently in the midst of its second season. The ongoing saga of Dwight "The General" Manfredi sees the erstwhile New York gangster establishing his own criminal empire in Tulsa, Oklahoma, all while trying to reconnect with his daughter, Tina.

Sylvester Stallones hugely popular series Tulsa King returned to Paramount+ for its second season on September 15, and the crime drama is already shattering records for the streaming service. A new report courtesy of Deadline reveals that the Season 2 premiere of Tulsa King amassed 2 million global views in its first 24 hours, an all-time record for the series. In its first seven days, the episode managed to draw in 5.4 million households in total, which Paramount Global Co-CEO and President Chris McCarthy says is a result of two things: Stallones drawing power, and the combination of showrunner Terrence Winter and creator Taylor Sheridans abilities to tell compelling stories set in a distinctive world.
The shows success is a testament to the combination of Slys star power and swagger coupled with Terry Winters gifted writing and the unique world building that only Taylor Sheridan can do.

50 years after missing out on a part in Francis Ford Coppola's gangster epic The Godfather, Sylvester Stallone's mobster dreams finally came true with Paramount+ series Tulsa King, co-created by Yellowstone mastermind Taylor Sheridan. As Dwight Manfredi, a fresh outta prison capo tasked with rebuilding his life and criminal empire out in Oklahoma, Stallone deftly balanced the show's ambitiously varied genre leanings — between comedy and drama, Western and crime thriller — in a way audiences, well, couldn't refuse. Now, after *that* cliffhanger S1 finale, the man they call The General is back to fight for his Tulsa King throne in the show's hotly anticipated second season. And if the first trailer's anything to go by, it's looking set to be another knockout from the guy who gave us Rocky. Check it out below:

Dwight “The General” Manfredi is coming back with a vengeance.
Sylvester Stallone returns to the mean streets of Tulsa, Oklahoma in the new season of “Tulsa King” on Paramount+. The Taylor Sheridan-created series — which was run by Terence Winter in Season 1 before pivoting to a more collaborative ensemble of writer/producers working without a showrunner for Season 2 — has released its first trailer, which sees the New York mafioso facing a new set of foes in the land where the buffalo roam.
Season 1 of “Tulsa King” followed Stallone’s Manfredi as he leaves prison after serving a 20-year sentence while refusing to testify against his mob associates. But changes to the family power structure during his time inside left him with an icy welcome upon his release. Rather than returning to the fold in New York, he’s sent to Tulsa to set up a new crime empire from scratch.
