The Crawler will keep on crawling through the streets of Tokyo for at least one more season. Today, the popular anime series My Hero Academia: Vigilantes has been renewed for Season 2. The announcement was made after the spin-off series aired its 13th episode in Japan. Along with the renewal, Crunchyroll announced that it will continue to roll out new episodes simultaneously with the Japanese release, and the new episodes are set to debut in 2026. It's a bit early to tell the arcs that My Hero Academia: Vigilantes will cover, but fans of the manga series by Hideyuki Furuhashi already have an idea of which direction Koichi (voiced by Shūichirō Umeda in the original Japanese and by Jack Broadbent in the English dub), Knuckleduster (Yasuhiro Mamiya/Jason Marnocha) and Pop☆Step (Ikumi Hasegawa/Macy Anne Johnson) will go.

As of Saturday, April 6 with the streaming debut of episodes 1123 and 1124, One Piece is back, bringing fans around the world the second half of the Egghead Island arc. New episodes go live on Saturdays and stream first for international audiences on Crunchyroll.

The highly-anticipated third season of the To Be Hero anime series, titled To Be Hero X finally premiered on April 5 in Japan and we can now enjoy the new adventures of Ossan, Min-chan and the others.

After more than 900 episodes and over a dozen feature films, it can be difficult to generate content that doesn’t simply repeat the past. The One Piece series has seen and done a lot at this point, yet despite its hefty history, the series' newest film, One Piece: Stampede, is a satisfying effort that takes the franchise to exciting places.

Stampede is the 14th film in the franchise and is directed by series newcomer Takashi Otsuka. Beyond just commemorating the anime’s 20th anniversary, he’s with also crafting a film that actively takes place outside of the One Piece canon. The choice to isolate the story makes it both more accessible and a pretense to tell a pirate version of It’s A Mad, Mad, Mad World.
