Bassist Adam Kubota received his Master's Degree at the Hartt School where he studied under Robert Black of the Bang on a Can All-Stars and earned an undergraduate degree at UC Santa Cruz studying with noted bassist/author Barry Green. Moreover, Adam also has a Juris Doctor degree from the Brooklyn Law School. Kubota has toured all over the world as a musician to such places as North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa as well as has played at such notable venues as the Kennedy Center, London's Roundhouse, Radio City Music Hall, the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, and the Ryman Theater in Nashville. Among the artists who Adam has played and/or performed with are Dave Koz, Haley Reinhart, Anthony Braxton, Shoshana Bean, Melinda Doolittle, Casey Abrams, Aubrey Logan, Robyn Adele Anderson, The Hot Sardines, and Postmodern Jukebox. He was a regular at NYC's acclaimed show "Sleep No More" from 2012 to 2014. In addition, Kubota not only is the owner of the music company Redux Booking, but also has worked for several arts organizations that include Wesleyan University's Center for the Arts, Bang on a Can, and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
