Momo Daud is a Canadian film producer based in Toronto. His debut feature as lead producer, His Father's Son (2024), won Best Director and the Audience Choice Award at the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival. Funded through Telefilm Canada's Talent to Watch program and distributed in Canada by Mongrel Media, the film had a limited theatrical run and is now available on Apple TV+, with streaming on Crave coming soon.
Momo is currently in post-production on the Lebanese-Canadian feature documentary Charmland, and developing his second narrative feature, EXP (funded through Telefilm Canada), which is planned as an official international co-production. A 2025 resident of the Canadian Film Centre's (CFC) Producers' Lab, he combines a sharp eye for story with a strong technical background from his years working in the camera department. Through his work, Momo is focused on telling bold, impactful stories about human connection that have global audience appeal and strong commercial viability.
