Robert Benn

Robert Benn was born in West Philadelphia to Robert Benn Sr., and Linda Bynum. Brother to 5 siblings, he has always worked hard to be different from the rest. At an early age, Robert learned to sing from guys on the street corner, and was soon performing songs from The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Ojays, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and the like. A graduate of the Philadelphia school system, as well as holding many trade school degrees, Robert got his initial start in the acting world in 2006 as an extra in Rocky Balboa. Ever since then he was hooked. After taking time off to be a dad, he came back to the craft with great passion, and took it by storm. Robert's company, Benn 1 Productions Network, seeks to bring meaningful, and entertaining content to the mainstream. Utilizing small vehicles such as social media streams, Benn 1 creates content, and helps others move forward in their professional goals. With multiple stage play roles to his credit, Robert now takes on a new role as a writer, and has two scripts in development and pre-production phases. Authoring his first book in a series, Bobbyisms: Volume One has enjoyed success as an inspirational guide to many. Robert has enjoyed participating in many panels and workshops in the convention circuit, pairing with other industry professionals to share secrets of acting, producing, motivational words, and more. He has several such appearances planned for 2024 and 2025.
