Molly Manners is a BAFTA-winning director. She was nominated for Best Director (Fiction) at the 2025 BAFTA Television awards and won Best Director (Scripted) at the 2024 Royal Television Society awards for her work on the hit adaptation of David Nicholls's novel ONE DAY (Netflix). The series launched in February 2024 hitting global number 1 and receiving 5-star reviews in The Guardian, The Times and BBC Culture; hailing it as "flawless", "exquisite" and "note-perfect".
Before this, she directed the critically acclaimed 2nd Series of IN MY SKIN (BBC3/Hulu) for which she won a BAFTA for Best Drama Series, two BAFTA Cymru awards for Best Director and Best Drama, and an RTS award for Best Drama.
Molly is currently in post-production on her Film4 and BFI backed debut feature film Extra Geography.
