Pascal CHARRUE, Co-Founder, Fortiche Production & Co-Director of Arcane
Pascal Charrue is Co-Founder of Fortiche Production, the internationally renowned animation studio behind the critically-acclaimed series Arcane - for which he is also Co-Director.
He graduated from Gobelins Paris in 1999 and began his career with video game studio Quantic Dream, before working as a freelance director for companies including Def2Shoot. He launched Fortiche Production in 2009 together with Arnaud Delord and Jérôme Combe.
Over the course of his career, Pascal has earned multiple prestigious international awards, including two individual Annie Awards for Best Direction (2022, 2025) and a collective Primetime Emmy Award (2022). He also contributed to Arcane's impressive awards record, with the series winning eight Emmy Awards and fourteen Annie Awards across its two seasons, securing major distinctions in the global animation industry.
