Murat Ugurlu(II)

Murat Ugurlu was born in Ankara. He graduated from Ankara University in Communication Studies and went on to study Directing at the Polish National Film School in Lodz. He wrote and directed award-winning short films which screened at many festivals, including Krakow, Antalya and BFI London, among them Two Pieces (2017) and Temple (2020). He is a Sarajevo Talents and First Films First alumnus. Besides his film work, he is also a writer. His published books are "Here is Same" (2013) and "I'm Hiding in the Light" (2022)
