- Travis W. Bruyer was raised in Kalispell, Montana and grew up with 8 and 16 mm film. He attended Montana State University studying film and television after high school and served in the US Coast Guard and did security details for movie sets like Down Periscope, and Baywatch he saw a need for accuracy portrayal in military and law enforcement productions.
After 30 years in Law Enforcement, he retired to pursue other passions including starting a film school where he sits as the Executive Director of the Montana Institute for the Arts which he founded with Director Michael Polish and Actress Kate Bosworth.
Travis works as an actor and armorer as well as a military and law enforcement adviser to those seeking tactical, investigative, costume, armed or weaponless defense training and general advice on the set.
