Berthe Tanwo Njole is a seasoned actor with more than a decade of experience in the industry, known for her compelling performances across television, film, and theater.
Based in Belgium and originally from Cameroon, she gradually made a name for herself by portraying characters such as Annette in Thuis, Mama Kofi in Kameleon, Prime Minister in Alter Ego, Hotel in Two To Tango, and Catherine in Le Grand Cirque. She has collaborated with renowned talents like Eric Cantona, Booder, Koen De Bouw, Barbara Sarafian or Vincent Lagaf.
She is also a singer-songwriter and pianist, having released a six-song EP in French in 2017 followed by an album in English in 2021, both funded through successful crowdfunding campaigns.
Alongside her musical partner, David Corleone, she opened for Toots & The Maytals and Collective Inna Di Yard at the prestigious Olympia in Paris in 2018 and 2019. In 2022, Berthe was nominated for the French Woman Artist of the Year at the Victoires du Reggae.
She adds another string to her bow as a columnist and host for film festivals.
