‘WWE Nxt’ Review (Jun 3rd 2025)
Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what went down on this week’s show!

Match #1: DarkState def. Chase U The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Uriah Connors and Kale Dixon did their best to impress Andre Chase, but they bit off more than they could chew against DarkState. The early energy was there for Chase U, but the sheer power of Osiris Griffin changed the game as he took out Connors and Dixon. That opened the door for the new Nxt super crew to launch Dixon with a thunderous group Powerbomb to win the bout.

My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Rounds Match – Myles Borne def. Charlie Dempsey The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Myles Borne won his freedom from No Quarter Catch Crew by defeating Charlie Dempsey in a grueling Rounds Match.

These 3 WWE Stars Were Not Even Born When R-Truth Made His WWE Debut
Image
WWE has an array of remarkable talent in its pool of in-ring athletes who put their bodies on the line for the entertainment of fans each week on live television. One of those veterans who is still a part of the active roster and has been captivating the audience with his personality is R-Truth.

The man who says ‘What’s Up’ is a popular and comedic attraction known for his unorthodox antics and fun encounters. Moreover, despite being 53 years old, he is still wrestling in the prime of his career. Interestingly, R-Truth made his debut when some of the WWE superstars of today’s generation were not even born.

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what went down on this week’s show!

Match #1: Triple Threat Match – Sean Legacy def. Je’Von Evans and Ashante Adonis The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

WWE Evolve and ID Superstar Sean Legacy stunned everyone when he defeated Je’Von Evans and Ashante “Thee” Adonis in Triple Threat action as North American Champion Ricky Saints watched from the commentary desk. Adonis used his veteran savvy to keep Evans and Legacy at bay, but The Young Og’s bounce was remarkable, especially when he downed both of his opponents with a massive tope to the outside. Out of nowhere, Ethan Page hit the scene and attacked Saints, prompting Evans to take out both with a huge splash to the outside. The chaos left Adonis and Legacy alone in the ring,...

Match #1: Nxt Women’s Championship – Stephanie Vaquer def. Jaida Parker The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Stephanie Vaquer proved that La Primera is more than just a nickname as she vanquished Jaida Parker in a hard-hitting championship matchup. The confident Parker brought the fight to the champion and weighed on Vaquer’s back, targeting the area every time she hit the champion. With the champion in trouble, Jordynne Grace appeared and distracted the challenger, allowing The Dark Angel to roll up her opponent for the win.

Karmen Petrovic is one step closer to winning her first championship as she defeated Kelani Jordan and Jaida Parker in Triple Threat action. Parker and Jordan went right at each other nearly the entire match, with Ashante “Thee” Adonis even pulling Petrovic out of the ring to spare her from more damage. After Parker celebrated a second rope hip drop, Adonis rolled Petrovic into the ring where she promptly pinned Jordan, stunning everyone, especially Parker.

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what went down on this week’s New Year’s Evil go-home show!

Match #1: Kelani Jordan def. Lola Vice The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Kelani Jordan scored a huge victory over Lola Vice, but it only came because of interference from the villainous Cora Jada. Vice and Jordan clashed stylistically with the former Mma fighter using her signature striking against the former gymnasts supreme athleticism. The two battled in a close matchup until Jade showed up with a kendo stick and swung it at Vice, and even though she missed, Jordan took advantage by rolling her opponent up for the win.

Match #1: Nathan Frazer def. Eddy Thorpe The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Nathan Frazer is headed to Deadline after overcoming Eddy Thorpe and an incredible amount of chaos at ringside. Frazer used his speed to shine in the matchup, using his agility and athleticism to keep Thorpe off-balanced. As one half of the Nxt Tag Team Champions, Frazer drew the ire of the tag team division, leading to another brawl at ringside. With the action still raging on the action, Frazer found a way to hit a Phoenix Splash to win the match and punch his ticket to Deadline.

Match #1: Nxt North American Championship Tables, Ladders and Scares Match – Tony D’Angelo def. Oba Femi The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The North American Championship remains with Tony D’Angelo after a remarkable show of courage and unity from The D’Angelo Family. The Don was a man possessed to begin Halloween Havoc as he attacked The Ruler before the bell, knocking him to the outside before crushing him through the barricade with a rib-cracking Spear. A determined Femi powered through the pain and unleashed a hellacious attack on D’Angelo using steel chairs and ladders to crush...

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what went down in this episode…

Match #1: Stephanie Vaquer def. Wren Sinclair The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The hype is real as Nxt’s newest sensation Stephanie Vaquer shined in her debut against Wren Sinclair. The No Quarter Catch Crew Superstar did her best to keep up, but the vicious offense from The Dark Angel was as brutal as it was impressive, allowing Vaquer to win comfortably. After the match, Nxt Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade launched on sneak attack on Vaquer, prompting Giulia to save her.

My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Gentleman’s Duel – Lexis King def. Oro Mensah The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what went down in this episode…

Match #1: The Street Profits vs. Nathan Frazer & Axiom (No Contest) The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The Street Profits return to Nxt ended in disaster when The Bloodline made their first ever trip to Nxt to take out their SmackDown rivals. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins electrified the Nxt Universe and kept the champions on their toes, nearly winning the match on several occasions. The Street Profits seemed to have the match won, but Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu appeared and laid out all four Superstars, sending a message that they are dangerous everywhere they go.

Image
No Mercy is back on the WWE’s black and gold brand – a pay-per-view which started back in 1999, right here in the UK! With that being said, let’s see what went down on the second Nxt: No Mercy…

Match #1: Nxt Tag Team Championship – Nathan Frazer & Axiom def. Chase U The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Former Nxt Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom brought Andre Chase and Ridge Holland’s title reign to a screeching halt. After Axiom hit the Spanish Fly on Chase off the top rope, Frazer took to the air with the Phoenix Splash follow up to help the self-proclaimed “Fraxiom” once again claim the gold. Immediately after the bell, an enraged Holland shocked the Nxt Universe when he suddenly attacked Chase U and drove Chase into the announce table.

Former Nxt Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom earned a championship opportunity by defeating Andre Chase and Ridge Holland’s teammates Duke Hudson and Riley Osborne. Frazer and Axiom’s textbook high-flying offense, highlighted by Frazer’s Falcon Arrow, set the stage for Axiom to pin Osborne. Match #1: Nxt Heritage Cup Match – Charlie Dempsey def. Tony D’Angelo The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The Nxt Heritage Cup is back in the No Quarter Catch Crew after Charlie Dempsey dethroned Tony D’Angleo in a five round classic. D’Angelo scored the first fall in round thanks to a huge twisting Fisherman Suplex, but Dempsey evened the score thanks to a smooth roll up in round four. The action broke down in round five with Myles Borne and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo taking each other out, but it was Wren Sinclair that proved to be the difference maker as she knocked The Don off the top rope, allowing Dempsey an opening to score the winning fall.

Match #1: Tag Team Turmoil – Winners: Chase U The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Malik Blade and Edris Enofé kicked off the match against New Catch Republic, but Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne used their athleticism against them as Dunne took Blade out before the team hit a joint powerbomb to secure the fall. Legado del Fantasma’s Angel and Berto were next into the match, and it led to more high octane-offense, culminating in Apollo Crews appearing and costing Legado the win. Bate and Dunne continued only to run into Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, but a rollup by Dunne caught Anderson off-guard. Chase U became the final team to enter, and Andre Chase and Duke Hudson capitalized on their freshness as...

Match #1: No. 1 Contender to Nxt Title Battle Royal – Winner: Je’Von Evans The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The Young Og punched his ticket to Nxt Heatwave by outlasting twenty four other Superstars to win the No. 1 Contender Battle Royal. Competitors came far and wide, including SmackDown’s Tyler Bate and Apollo Crews, as well as Tna’s Joe Hendry and Frankie Kazarian. Bodies flew, chaos reigned, and the field slowly whittled to just Kazarian, SmackDown’s Dragon Lee, Je’Von Evans, and Shawn Spears. Lee didn’t realize that Spears was still a legal competitor as the electrifying luchador was tossed off the top rope to the outside. Match #1: Wes Lee def. Josh Briggs The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The King of the West Side is back in Nxt as Wes Lee made his triumphant return to action against the big and bad Josh Briggs. Lee didn’t miss a beat in his return using his athleticism and his speed to disorient the much bigger Briggs, but he still took a couple of major hits from his bruising opponent. Briggs focused his attention on Lee’s back while Ivar made his way to commentary, but Lee dug deep and refused to give in. The former dominant North American Champion finally regained control before hitting a corkscrew moonsault and earning the win in his return.

Match #1: Asylum Match – Dijak def. Joe Gacy The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Dijak vanquished Joe Gacy in a brutal Asylum Match, but the deranged Gacy still managed to send shivers down the Nxt Universe’s spine even in defeat. With weapons all around the ring, the two rivals massacred each other inside the ring with the likes of steel chairs, fire extinguishers, tool boxes, and so much more. After tossing Gacy off of the top rope onto a trash can, Dijak scaled the cage and hit a gravity defying moonsault from atop the structure, but not even that was enough to win the match. Oba Femi claims to be blessed by destiny and after another dominant performance, this time against Lexis King, there could be no stopping the Nigerian Superstar. Femi used his incredible blend of explosiveness and strength to keep King off-balance for nearly the whole match, but it was King’s past that came back to haunt him. Mr. Stone walked down the ramp and yelled at King, causing the challenger to leave the ring and shove him, but that left him wide open for more clubbing blows and ultimately a pop-up powerbomb.

Why There’s No New WWE 2K23 Dlc Pack For September 2023
Image
No WWE 2K23 Dlc pack is planned for release in September 2023, signaling the end of post-launch expansions for the game. WWE 2K23 featured five Dlc packs with themed groups of wrestlers, expanding options for the create-a-wrestler mode. The next major WWE game announcement will likely be for WWE 2K24, possibly revealed at next year's Royal Rumble event. Until then, players can still enjoy WWE 2K23's existing features and online multiplayer.

As it stands, there's no WWE 2K23 Dlc pack planned for release in September 2023. There's been no recent news from either the wrestling promotion, developer Visual Concepts, or publisher 2K Sports on the Dlc front. The last release, the Bad News U Pack for WWE 2K23, including wrestlers like Andre Chase, Damon Kemp, Eva Torres, and Wade Barrett, was the last WWE video game-related news to come out from any of the above.

The Bad News U Pack was...

This Dlc follows a monthly release schedule, continuously expanding the roster and allowing for create-a-wrestler customization. Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what went down in this episode…

Match #1: Lyra Valkyria def. Jacy Jayne The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Lyra Valkyria was able to prove WWE Women’s World Champion right as she got her groove back and defeated Jacy Jayne in a bitter grudge match. Before the bell could even ring, Jayne pounced on Valkyria and tossed her through her entrance smoke and brutalized her before the referee could step in. Jayne looked poised to once again walk out with the win, but Valkyria dug deep and channeled the fighting spirit of her Irish ancestors, put Jayne flat on her back, and hit a perfect diving splash to earn the victory.

My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Dijak def. Eddy Thorpe The following is courtesy of wwe.com:...

Match #1: Nathan Frazer, Dragon Lee, Yulisa Leon and Valentina Feroz def. Meta Four The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Nxt Heritage Cup Champion Nathan Frazer, Dragon Lee, Yulisa Leon and Valentina Feroz took out all of The Meta-Four on the Kickoff Show of Nxt Great American Bash in an incredible Eight-Person Tag Team Match. The dastardly Meta-Four pulled out all the sneaky stops trying to gain an advantage, but the high-flying quarter of Frazer, Lee, Leon and Feroz wasn’t ready to go down quietly, as they answered Meta-Four’s antics with perfect teamwork. With Noam Dar, Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson all neutralized, Oro Mensah was left all alone with Lee, and the electrifying Luchador hit a picture-perfect...

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what went down in this episode…

Match #1: Andre Chase & Duke Hudson def. Drew Gulak & Charlie Dempsey The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Chase U is finally whole again and back to their winning ways as they exacted some payback against former guest professors, Drew Gulak & Charlie Dempsey. All four Superstars battled on the outside before the bell even rang and the action never slowed once it did. Hudson began favoring his wrist and the ruthless Dempsey took advantage by torquing it any chance he could, but when Andre Chase tagged in, it sparked the beginning of the end. Chase brought the fight to both Gulak and Dempsey and an enthusiastic Thea Hail managed to lock in a Kimura Lock on Gulak, allowing Chase and Hudson to defeat Dempsey and pick up the win.

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into it and see what happened this week on this “Nxt: Spring Breakin” special episode…

Match #1: Trunk Match – The Family def. Pretty Deadly The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Tony D’Angelo & Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo sent Elton Prince & Kit Wilson swimming with the fishes as The Family took out Pretty Deadly in the first-ever Trunk Match. The Yes Boys came out firing, trying to use the weapons that D’Angelo & Stacks brought to the ring, but The Family managed to isolate and brutalize Prince with sublime tag team maneuvers. D’Angelo & Stacks used all the weaponry to their advantage, including use some well-placed surfboards and kiddie pools to humiliate Pretty Deadly. Amongst the carnage, Prince & Wilson regained some momentum and gave The Family a taste of their own medicine, even hitting Spilled Milk on the outside.

Match #1: Chase University & Tyler Bate def. Schism The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

On the Nxt Stand & Deliver Kickoff, Tyler Bate joined forces with Chase U’s Andre Chase, Duke Hudson and Thea Hail to battle Joe Gacy, Rip Fowler, Jagger Reid and the mysterious Ava of Schism in a turbulent Eight-Person Tag Team Match to decide who would have control of the university. Throughout the furious back-and-forth matchup, Hudson was noticeably bothered by not being utilized enough by his teammates. This finally came to a head when the rest of Chase U was down and Hudson looked as if he had sold out his Chase...

‘Nxt: Roadblock’ Review (Mar 7th 2023)
Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. This is a special edition of Nxt, not a PPV but a “special event” in Nxt: Roadblock, so let’s get straight into the review and see what happened this week…

Match #1: Jailhouse Street Fight – Tony D’Angelo def. Dijak The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

With The Underboss Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo by his side, Tony D’Angelo was the one who delivered hard justice to Dijak in a brutal Jailhouse Street Fight. The action was fast and furious with Dijak gaining the quick upper hand thanks to a High Justice chokeslam onto a chair, but his momentum was short lived when D’Angelo countered a moonsault into a back suplex onto several more chairs. The two men continued to wage war on one another and their attacks on the outside culminated in a massive top rope elbow...

‘WWE Nxt’ Review (Feb 21st 2023)
Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into the review and see what happened this week…

Match #1: Ilja Dragunov def. Trick Williams The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The Mad Dragon returned to the ring in grand fashion as he took it right to one of the most athletic Superstars in Nxt, Trick Williams. Williams came out incredibly confident landing a few early strikes, but Dragunov responded in kind with his aggressive style. The two Superstars continued to thrash each other with clubbing blows, but a top rope attempt from Dragunov went awry as Williams knocked him to the outside. Jd McDonagh appeared at ringside and joined the commentary team, seemingly trying to intimidate The Mad Dragon, but it was to no avail as Dragunov rallied, set a dazed Williams up in the corner, and nailed Torpedo Moscow to secure the win.

‘WWE Nxt’ Review (Feb 14th 2023)
Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Let’s get straight into the review and see what happened this week…

Match #1: Tyler Bate def. Grayson Waller The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Grayson Waller was out to prove something after losing to Bron Breakker at Nxt Vengeance Day, but he couldn’t quite overcome the Big Strong Boi. Both men were evenly matched with Bate using his innovative offense to keep the wily Waller off-balance. Still clearly focused on his backstage issues with Shawn Michaels, Waller tried mocking the Heartbreak Kid, but it backfired and nearly cost him the match. The action continued at a frenzied pace, but Waller’s attempt to use the ropes as leverage during a pin was spotted by the referee, and the momentary lapse in judgment allowed Bate to reverse it into the winning pin.

My Score: 3 out...

‘WWE Nxt’ Review (Feb 7th 2023)
Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. This week’s episode has the fallout from the weekend’s Nxt Vengeance Day show, so let’s get into the review and see what happened…

Match #1: Zoey Stark def. Sol Ruca The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Not many Superstars have generated as much buzz in recent weeks as Sol Ruca has, but the fierce Zoey Stark made it a point to put a stop to all the chatter. Ruca started off hot, using her acrobatic offense to keep Stark off-balance, but a springboard splash went awry when Stark got her knees up. The ferocious Stark didn’t let up after that and after a series of strong strikes, she hit her devastating knee lift to put Ruca away. However, her post match beatdown of Ruca didn’t go as planned as the athletic Ruca...

‘Nxt: Vengeance Day 2023’ PPV Review
Image
Welcome to this review of Nxt: Vengeance Day, right here on Nerdly. This is the first Nxt livestreaming event, ever(?!) to air on Peacock but probably not the last for 2023… so let’s get into the review!

Match #1: Nxt North American Championship Match – Wes Lee def. Dijak The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Dijak promised that Hard Justice was coming, but Wes Lee proved himself to be a worthy champion. The bruising challenger was more than formidable, using his clubbing strikes and his size advantage to ground the high-flying Lee and keep the raucous crowd from backing the champ. Lee’s fortitude shined bright when he absorbed every brutal blow and dished out some incredible offense, highlighted by a twisting splash off the top rope. Dijak may have had Lee dead to rights on the outside, but Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo appeared and bared the brunt...

Match #1: Indus Sher def. The Creed Brothers The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The monstrous pair of Indus Sher is now even more powerful with the Modern Day Maharaja at their side and their matchup with The Creed Brothers proved it. Julius couldn’t get anything going as the immensely powerful Indus Sher threw him around the ring with ease. But the Creeds wouldn’t go away quietly as Brutus mounted a comeback on behalf of his team, but a distraction by Jinder Mahal caused Julius to become distracted and accidentally knock Ivy Nile off the apron. Indus Sher took advantage of the mayhem as a chokeslam from Sanga put away Julius Creed and...

‘WWE Nxt’ Review (Jan 24th 2023)
Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. This week’s episode apparently focuses more on the women of Nxt, so let’s get into the review and see what happened…

Match #1: Tiffany Stratton def. Indi Hartwell The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The determined Indi Hartwell tried to teach the pompous Tiffany Stratton a lesson after the latter returned to Nxt just a few weeks ago. Stratton showed little ring rust, keeping Hartwell off balance with her chain wrestling. When Hartwell tried to mount a comeback, Stratton feigned a leg injury only to knock her opponent down with a forearm to the face. Stratton then finished Hartwell off with a picture-perfect moonsault.

My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Jd McDonagh def. Andre Chase The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

After interrupting Thea Hail’s award ceremony, Jd McDonagh felt the wrath of...

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. This is the first Nxt for 2023 so let’s get into the review…

Match #1: Carmelo Hayes def. Apollo Crews The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Carmelo Hayes has been on a mission to prove that he’s still the cream of the crop in Nxt, and a win over Apollo Crews further solidified his place in the pecking order. Both Superstars showed off their supreme skills with highly athletic aerial moves combined with grueling mat technician skills. Hayes was able to slow Crews down with a strategically placed leg kick on the apron, but Crews overcame it and put together an incredible string of combination offense, including a massive superplex. The two men traded big blows, but Hayes finally got Crews down on the mat long enough to hit his signature Nothing But Net leg drop...

With The Bloodline, WWE Is Repeating A Brutal Nwo-In-wcw Mistake
Image
WWE has done a solid job of keeping The Bloodline saga interesting, but the December 19 episode of Raw might have taken things too far. Roman Reigns, The Usos, Sami Zayn, and Solo Sikoa haven't been overexposed like Nwo was in WCW during the 90s, but similarities are starting to emerge. Wrestling fans who grew up during the Monday Night Wars probably felt right at home during the red brand's most recent broadcast. That might be a positive thing in the short term, but WWE has a fine line to walk with The Bloodline moving forward. The faction is now at the center of all the company's storylines and television, and everyone not involved is falling by the wayside. That's a WCW mistake that Triple H can't afford to make right now.

Since Vince McMahon left, WWE's storylines have felt fresh and, at times, inventive. The slow build toward the reveal of Bray Wyatt was excellent,...

‘WWE Nxt’ Review (Dec 13th 2022)
Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Without further ado, let’s get into the review…

Match #1: Wes Lee def. Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

The Nxt North American champion has had issues with The Don of Nxt Tony D’Angelo, and it gained a new chapter as Wes Lee battled D’Angelo’s right hand man, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo. Before it even began the two men battled backstage and spilled into ringside before they finally got the match officially started. Lorenzo controlled the pace early on, working the champion over with his technical ground work as well as crushing backbreakers. Lee battled back in a big way, using his high-impact offense to stun Lorenzo. With momentum firmly on his side, Lee nailed Lorenzo with a backflipping kick to the head and pinned “Stacks” in the middle of the ring. After the match,...

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Without further ado, let’s get into the review…

Match #1: Axiom def. Andre Chase and Von Wagner The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Axiom, Andre Chase and Von Wagner battled each other with the final Iron Survivor Challenge spot on the line at Nxt Deadline. Von Wagner’s size and strength put him in the driver’s seat early with a double headlock followed by him plowing through his competitors. Von Wagner’s brutality forced Axiom and Chase to work together, but the pair turned on each other to try to get a quick win. As the action continued, Von Wagner resurfaced and mauled the two men, but his attempt at launching Axiom off the top rope went awry and allowed Chase to powerbomb the big man. Chase gained momentum thanks to his quick-strike offense on Von Wagner,...

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, right here on Nerdly. Without further ado, let’s get into the review… hey, that rhymed!

Match #1: Cora Jade def. Wendy Choo The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Weeks of insults lit a fire under Wendy Choo, as she took the action to Core Jade early in their grudge match. Jade used Choo’s aggressiveness to her advantage, as she used a strategic counter to gain the upper hand. Choo rallied, using her signature sleepy offense to disorient Jade, but a distraction allowed Jade an opportunity to throw Choo’s drink in her face and hit her with a devastating Ddt for the win.

My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Ivy Nile def. Kiana James The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Representing Diamond Mine, Ivy Nile immediately took control against Kiana James, utilizing her athleticism and her pure power.

Match #1: Joe Gacy def. Cameron Grimes The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Joe Gacy is looking to lead Schism into a new, more dominant chapter, but first he was hoping to conquer the resistance from Cameron Grimes. As the action in the match heated up, Grimes would decleat Gacy with a pair of kicks that had the match headed to the moon. A new viciousness was on display, as Gacy whipped up a crushing backbreaker as The Dyad swarmed on the outside. Grimes would battle back with an incredible Poison Rana and took out Gacy, Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid on the outside. Grimes would then take the opportunity to head to the top rope, but Ava Raine would derail his potential victory and...

‘WWE Nxt’ Review (Nov 1st 2022)

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, which has become more notorious for the R-Truth incident rather than anything else that happened on the show! With that in mind, let’s get into the review…

Match #1: Grayson Waller def. R-Truth The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

R-Truth was a few days off when he burst onto the Nxt scene hoping to be a part of the Halloween Havoc festivities last week, but the surprise appearance resulted in a match with Grayson Waller. R-Truth had the Nxt Performance Center jumping, but an awkward fall onto his knee outside the ring resulted in an injury that forced the match to be stopped. The injury didn’t stop the audacious Aussie from still gloating, as a hobbled R-Truth exited up the ramp.

My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Kiana James def. Thea Hail The following is courtesy of wwe.com:...

Welcome to this week’s review of Nxt, which is continuing the road back to black and gold! With that in mind, let’s get into the review…

Match #1: Carmelo Hayes def. Oro Mensah The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Carmelo Hayes and Oro Mensah are set to battle for the Nxt North American Title in a Ladder Match alongside three other competitors at Halloween Havoc, but the two Superstars took an early opportunity to begin stating their cases for championship gold. The two uber-athletic Superstars dropped jaws, as Mensah grabbed control with a flurry that ended with a backflip splash onto Hayes. An intervention by Trick Williams opened the door for Hayes to hit his patented diving leg drop off the top ropes and send a message to the haters who were ready to pile on his losing streak.

My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Von Wagner def.

Match #1: Nathan Frazer def. Axiom The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Down 1-0 in the series, Nathan Frazer threw everything he had at Axiom in another fast paced match in an attempt to even their best of three series. Frazer tried to end it early, but Axiom showed his prowess again locking in a variety of unique submission attempts before delivering a picture perfect suplex. Frazer finally stopped Axiom in his tracks with a stunning mid-air dropkick, but the masked Superstar quickly rallied with a dropkick of his own before delivering a flurry of kicks. The two Superstars traded vicious kicks with Axiom nearly wrapping up the series following a top-rope slam. Axiom climbed to the top rope once again, but Frazer quickly...
