Ibrahim Sevinc was born on October 28, 1985, in Ankara, Turkey, and is originally from Unye, Ordu. He completed his theatre education under the guidance of Rustu Asyali, a prominent figure in the arts world, at Baskent Communication Sciences Academy.
In 2016, he became one of the founders of Perde Sanat Theater Company, where he has actively contributed both as an actor and assistant director, participating in onstage and backstage production processes. Beyond theatre, Sevinc has also worked on cinema and short film projects. In 2021, he directed the short film "War Crime," produced with Perde Sanat actors. In 2022, he starred in the short film "Where To," winning "Best Actor" awards at several international festivals.
During the 2024-2025 season, he led "Frekans 11," one of Turkey's first theatre projects developed with artificial intelligence support. The play's set design, character analysis, and costume processes were carried out using OpenAI's ChatGPT, an innovative production model that drew attention in the theatre community.
Following a versatile path from theatre to cinema, Ibrahim Sevinc has also pursued training in social media advertising, artificial intelligence applications, and brand management. By integrating his artistic productions with the digital world, he continues to work actively both behind the scenes and in front of the camera while developing new projects.
