Indie production outfit Brandon Studios is turning its talk show series “Obsessed” into a weekly live series, Variety has learned. The talk show, hosted by Brandon Studios founder Brandon Stewart, will air live every Tuesday at 5 p.m. Pt on the Brandon TV SVOD app starting April 1.

Per the series logline, “Obsessed” features “reality TV legends, legacies, queens, comics, dance icons, and more to dig into all the drama and the latest scoops on reality TV, pop culture, social media and more.” The first live episode will include guest Tonya Renee Banks (“Little Women: LA”), while future editions will feature Dianna Williams, Jozea Flores (“Big Brother”) and Tyrus Sellers.

“We’re all about pushing boundaries, and finding new ways to enhance our audience’s experience through innovative storytelling and cutting-edge technology. Since the beginning, our fans have played an active role in shaping our programming,” said Stewart, who also serves as CEO of Brandon Studios.

Tagline: “What Doesn’t Kill You...Rips You Apart!” Crazy Lake is a film that takes a note from '80s slashers. Formerly titled Ripper Lake, directors Christopher Leto and Jason Henne will release this title in early October. Indican Pictures will handle the launch. And, Crazy Lake stars Rob Mello (Magnificent Seven), Skyler Joy (21 Jump Street), Libby Blanton, Marco DelVecchio and many more. A preview of the film's home entertainment launch is hosted here. The DVD artwork shows the lake and a killer bikini. The tagline: "What Doesn’t Kill You...Rips You Apart!" will deliver murder. Meanwhile, everything in the graphic is covered in blood. There is no escape from Crazy Lake! The film will release on multiple digital platforms and at online retailers. On October 3rd, Crazy Lake will be available on DVD and Video-on-demand, in the United States. The film has already had its World Premiere in Florida.

Directors Jason Henne and Christopher Leto were influenced by slashers from the ‘80s. Now, with Crazy Lake, they deliver their own slasher to horror fans this October. Starring Rob Mello (Magnificent Seven), Skyler Joy (21 Jump Street), Libby Blanton, Marco DelVecchio, Tom Latimer and Ashley Nicole Allen, the film brings several friends together at a remote camping spot. It is all fun and good times, until an escaped convict enters the area!

A group of coeds looking for fun on spring break have their beach plans cancelled and opt for plan B – fun at a cabin on the lake. Sometimes plan b can be a real killer!

Distributor Indican Pictures have today released the official trailer and poster for Crazy Lake – which had its World Premiere at the Sunscreen Film Festival in Florida, and comes to Video-on-demand and DVD on October 3rd.
