She made her acting debut in 2013 with the Marathi film Lagna Pahave Karun, sharing the screen with Mukta Barve and Umesh Kamat. That same year, she entered the Marathi television industry with the serial Julun Yeti Reshimgathi, which starred Lalit Prabhakar and Prajakta Mali in lead roles.
In 2014, Sayali appeared in the Hindi music video "Jab Se Dil Ko Tu Mila Hai," a Valentine's Day special song featuring Amit Bimrot and Pradnyesh Nikam.
