Koby was the first friend Luffy made when he embarked on his pirate journey. He started off as a scared and scrawny boy, but thanks to his dedication and Vice-Admiral Garp's training, he has become one of the strongest Marines in One Piece. The Egghead Arc revealed that Koby can use an advanced form of Armament Haki, and his strongest attack, Honesty Impact, has enough power to level an entire mountain. As a result, Koby can now defeat several of One Piece's strongest pirates.
Most of the pirates that Koby can destroy are captains or high-ranking officers. His Honesty Impact attack can take out some of Luffy's toughest opponents with one hit, and his standard Haki infused punches can beat certain pirates as well. Koby can now beat certain Yonko commanders, and he can take out a specific Yonko very easily.

Mushoku Tensei remains one of the hottest isekai out there. Though season two took things in some unexpected directions, it finished strongly enough to leave fans eager to see the next step in Rudeus journey. For now though, its hard not to look back at what made the series so easy to love: its incredible cast of characters.
Since Mushoku Tensei covers Rudys entire journey, fans are introduced to a massive cast of people who come in and out of the protagonists life. While other isekai settle for letting their characters become tropes, Mushoku Tenseis writing allows for three-dimensional characters. As a result, most of the characters are great, even if they arent always the most likable. Still, there are some that stand above all the rest.

The Marines are one of the main factions in One Piece, and Monkey D. Garp is one of the organization's Vice Admirals. Garp is a legend who has battled legendary pirates like Gol D. Roger and Rocks D. Xebec. He has been offered an Admiral position multiple times, but he keeps refusing because he believes the promotion would limit his freedom. Garp is now in his late 70s, but he can still destroy a number of pirates.
Garp can use all three types of Haki, and he can use advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki. His Galaxy Impact attack uses advanced Conqueror's Haki, and it can level an entire city. Garp can destroy most pirates who possess bounties below 500 million berries, but he can also take out pirates with much higher bounties.
