Amanda Bailey(VI)

Amanda is a British stage, screen and voice actor, born in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. She has just finished filming as Dolores in Pups Alone: Pomeranian Christmas for Jagged Edge Productions. Her most recent stage appearance was last year as Rosaline Fox in Sidney Fox's Crime by Glenn Chandler (writer and creator of Taggart), a role she originated in 2021. In 2020 she played Rosalind Iden in The Trial of Donald Wolfit at the White Bear, and Rose in The Good Scout in 2019. In 2017/18 she reprised her role of Ethel Gumm in Judy! in the West End at both the Hippodrome and Arts Theatre. Other theatre credits include Creon in Antigone (The Hope), Ethel Gumm in Through the Mill (Southwark Playhouse), Mrs Birling in An Inspector Calls (regional tour), Mrs Bennet in Pride and Prejudice (St James Theatre), Lady Bracknell in Ernest (Edinburgh), and Angelo in Measure for Measure (The Cockpit). Screen credits include Diane in Cold Callers and Police Officer in Project: Library. Amanda can currently be heard in The Soul Breaker on Audible.
