Matteo Bergamini (born May 1992) is an award-winning entrepreneur and producer. The CEO of the youth network Shout Out UK, Matteo was responsible for launching Britain's first-ever Youth Leaders' Debate, a collaboration between Channel 4 and Shout Out UK, which aired on All 4 at 8pm GMT on the 28th of April. The event gathered all 7 leaders of the largest British parties' youth wings to debate on political issues.

In 2015 he produced the independent documentary film 'Anonymous: A Million Men' which was later acquired by Short International and distributed via Amazon and google play. and Channel 4's Youth Leader's Debate.

For the 2019 General Election, Matteo and his company Shout Out UK partnered with Drillminister, a UK Drill music artist who first appeared on Channel 4 News for his track entitled 'Political Drillin'. Drillminister and Shout Out UK created a campaign, entitled #NoVoteNoVoice, to encourage young people to register to vote and ultimately vote. The collaboration involved the creation of a track and music video entitled 'Peoples Vote'. The track was released on the YouTube channel Mixtap Madness. It later featured on SBTV and UniLad Sound.

The project ended with a concert held at Fairfield Hall in Croydon on the final night before voter registration closed. That day it was estimated that over 600,000 people registered to vote, including over 250,000 under 25s.

Matteo was invited to become an ESRC (Economic and Social Research Council) Knowledge Exchange Fellow in May 2015, after winning a bid for a research/film grant in cooperation with the Crick Centre, a research group based at the University of Sheffield. Half a million viewers watched the resulting videos.

In March 2016, Matteo was declared the winner of the Harrow Business Den 2016. Later that year, his company became an accredited AQA centre and launched its first version of the Political Literacy Course, a unique programme that teaches young people politics. The programme was later revamped to include Media Literacy in January 2017. Now working with over 700 schools across the UK, Shout Out UK has secured endorsements from academics, teachers and journalists like Fatima Manji from Channel 4 News.
