Alexandre Chaigniau is a French musician and composer, specialized in music for media (film, video game, radio, etc.) and sound design.
He began his musical experience as saxophonist in different projects (Emett Brown Project, Uzeste Musical, etc.), alongside various musicians (François & The Atlas Mountains, Bernard Lubat, etc.).
After obtaining his musicology degree at the university Bordeaux 3, he found his way toward composition. He graduated in Music for Picture at the Conservatory of Annecy, and then obtained a Master of Music Applied to Visual Arts at the university Lyon 2.
He's worked on various projects since 2012 (films, photo reports, audiobooks, etc.), along with call for proposals (laureate of Gindou Cinéma Competition in 2014 ; Master class of Aubagne Festival in 2016), enabling various encounters (Christophe Héral, Sylvain Morizet, Bruno Coulais, etc.).
