He represented his country at the following venues: The American Pavilion during Cannes (2022), Animation in Cannes (2023), World of Film - Cannes (2024), and World of Film - Venice Production Bridge during the Venice Biennale (2024). Ariel has earned 141 international laurels and 50 awards in the period of 2018-2024, beginning his career as an independent director in 2009. He has screened several projects at the Grauman Theater on Hollywood Boulevard, California, through festival selections, becoming the first Puerto Rican director and lead actor to achieve these milestones in the Short Film category between 2018 and 2024.
