After graduation David moved to the Bay Area and in 2009, he begin doing stand-up comedy. He was discovered during a competition in 2013, at Rooster T feathers in Sunnyvale, and was then cast as a lead in the award-winning feature film "The Biggest Game in Town", which was released in June of 2016. In 2018, David returned to Hollywood and was cast in the short film, "Tennessee" and the feature, "Final Stop", which was released in 2021. David splits time between Hollywood and his home in Pebble Beach. An accomplished stand-up comedian and amateur chef, David spends most of his time on his feet. Whether it's walking his dog "Samantha" on the beach, playing a round of golf or simply fluttering about the kitchen, David keeps active in order to slow the effects of the Parkinson's disease that he was diagnosed with in 2018. Undaunted by this new challenge, David has begun refining his skills in the art of voiceover with a goal of doing voice work for animated material. David is writing a screen play based on a series of houseboat trips, titled of course, "Houseboat". His true passion, however, is stand-up comedy. Where he delivers a combination of sardonic humor and irony. As he says, "when I am on stage, my Parkinson's doesn't define me, my comedy does"...
