Her smiling photo shows her seated in the grass with her legs bent, looking warmly into the camera.

If you don’t know, the 31-year-old One Direction star passed away last month after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina. Kate was with Liam in Argentina in the days leading up to his passing, but she ended up leaving.

His funeral was held today (November 20) at a church in England, outside of London. Kate was accompanied by model Damian Hurley.

In addition to Kate, his One Direction bandmates – Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan – all attended and paid their respects.

Kate made an upsetting revelation in the days after his passing: she explained that they had spoken about getting engaged.

Directed by Damian Hurley, Strictly Confidential follows a young woman who can’t accept that her best friend killed herself as she journies back to a Caribbean island to investigate her death.

“Honestly, it was an honor,” she told uInterview founder Erik Meers of working with Hurley. “This film is special to me for a lot of reasons, but I met Damian through this project, and he’s become a very close friend of mine. I’m extremely fond of him.”

“What I love about how he directs is that you can see he is thinking about how beautiful the shot is going to look,” she continued. “He’s considered that. I feel like you could pause this movie anywhere, and it would be a beautiful scene that you could paint.

A lifeless story of a young woman drawn into a world of conspiracy, lies, and hidden secrets, Strictly Confidential feels like its script was generated by AI, the actors were reading off a teleprompter, and when they weren’t sure what their lines were, they decided to kiss each other. Thankfully, at just 21 years old, Hurley, who also wrote the screenplay, has plenty of time to improve.

Damian Hurley’s directorial feature, with famous mum Elizabeth top-billed and producing, provides several hardbodied younger performers opportunity to model clothes and approximate recognizable human emotions on the coastline of tax haven island nation Saint Kitts and Nevis. But what was likely an enjoyable working Caribbean vacation for cast and crew proves somewhat labored for viewers. Nonetheless, watched in the right spirit, with appropriate libations, it could prove quite entertaining … if not in the way presumably intended. Lionsgate is releasing to U.S. theaters, digital and on-demand platforms on April 5.

Steve Bing, a Hollywood producer, writer and financier who famously invested in the Tom Hanks movie “The Polar Express,” has died by suicide. He was 55.

A spokesperson for the L.A. County Coroner’s Office told TheWrap that the office responded to a death in the 10000 block of Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles, and the man was pronounced dead at 1:10 p.m. According to TMZ, which was the first to report the news of Bing’s death, he jumped from the 27th floor of the building.

An individual at 10000 Santa Monica Boulevard confirmed to TheWrap that Bing had jumped from the tower.

The LAPD and L.A. County Coroner’s Office would not confirm the identification of the deceased or the cause of death. An individual who knew Bing said he had been depressed and acting bizarrely of late.
