Charles Benjamin Cox has always been passionate about the arts and sports. From winning talent shows singing and dancing when he was little to dance recitals in high school. Charles also played basketball all his life until he began his professional modeling career at 17, signing a contract with a local Arizona modeling agency.
From there he started working in various commercials and modeling for renowned brands such as Gap, Levi's, Nike, and Nordstrom. His work in fashion includes multiple features in Vogue, walking for the designer Rhude, and participating in a Greg Lauren collection.
Charles has co-starred on FX's Snowfall(2019), recurred on Freeform's Good Trouble(2021), and appeared in Peacock's Bel-Air(2023). He also took on the lead role for the short film Free Machine, which was featured on Hulu's Your Attention Please(2021). Most recently, he appeared in Nike's national commercial, "Witness Me," which aired during the Olympics and Super Bowl.
A native of Phoenix, Arizona, with family roots in Memphis, Tennessee, Charles began his training at the Dearing Acting Studio, focusing on the Meisner technique. After relocating to Los Angeles, he continued his studies under Michael Woolson, following the teachings of Larry Moss.
