The bridge between death, the dying state, and carrying you to the other side is the kind of limbo that has not been explored all that much on celluloid. Dark Night Of The Soul

Directed by S.J. Creazzo, Dark Night of the Soul is a survival thriller that intertwines psychological drama and existential reflections. The film stars Kristanna Loken as Alex, a brilliant scientist trapped in her car after a catastrophic accident. Amidst her struggle for survival, Alex confronts her haunting past and the burden of holding the key to a pandemic cure. Martin Kove delivers a standout performance as her estranged father, providing some of the most emotionally resonant moments in the film.

Exclusive: Sara Tomko (Resident Alien) and Terry Farrell are attached to lead cast in genre feature The Glass Mind.

Writer-director-producer Sj Creazzo (Skipping Stones) is behind the feature, which is aiming to shoot this fall in upstate New York. Director of photography is Rick Cook.

In The Glass Mind, a psychologist proclaiming to be the very first Demon makes a young mother a dangerous offer she dare not refuse.

Dreamality Entertainment is producing and handling sales. Gabrielle Kalomiris is also among cast.

Tomko is best known for starring with Alan Tudyk in Syfy’s Resident Alien series. Farrell is best known for her starring roles in popular ’90s shows Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Becker.

‘Star Trek: Deep Space Nine’s Chase Masterson Wraps Principal Photography On Feature

Exclusive: Chase Masterson-starrer You’re Not There, an upcoming film from Isle of Shoals Productions and Dreamality Entertainment, has wrapped principal photography in upstate New York. The drama stars Nellie Spackman and Nick Mauldin, and features Masterson (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) in a supporting role. It follows protagonist Maggie Donovan, who after a decade of surviving an unspeakable trauma, struggles to reconcile newly-sparked romantic feelings with sinister memories. You’re Not There is written and produced by Justy Kosek. Sj Creazzo (Dark Night of the Soul) is director and co-producer. Bear D’Angelo, Jenny Strassburg, Bryce Michael Wood, Gabrielle Kalomiris, and Christian Ryan round out the cast. Dreamality Entertainment is handling post production.

‘Once Upon a Time In Northern Ireland’ Pushes Into Popular Factual

Once Upon a Time in Northern Ireland producer Keo Films has signed a Head of Popular Factual.

Production received SAG-AFTRA interim agreement and currently shooting on location in New York state.

Trick Candle Productions has commenced principal photography in New York state on thriller Dark Night Of The Soul starring Kristanna Loken (Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines / Bloodrayne) and Martin Kove.

Loken plays a renowned scientist who holds the key to cure for a prehistoric bacteria ravaging the world. When she gets trapped in her car after a crash the isolated woman must overcome physical injuries and the emotional scars from her complex relationship with her father (Kove).

UK Covid Supervisor Program

The Production Guild of Great Britain (Pggb) and the British Film Commission (Bfc) are partnering to roll out a new accredited program of Covid supervisor training for film and TV production professionals. Backed by £100,000 investment from Bfc, the new scheme is being developed in consultation with the Producers Guild of America’s Production Safety Task Force. Targeted at production managers, line producers and location managers, it will build on the Bfc’s guidance documents published in July, to help introduce a UK standard of best practice. Helen Curston has been appointed Pggb Director Of Training to oversee the program.
