Are Big Brother alums America Lopez and Cory Wurtenberger still dating?
Julie Chen Moonves in Big Brother (2000)
Big Brother 25 featured a notable showmance between America Lopez and Cory Wurtenbeger.

America was a 27-year-old medical receptionist from Brooklyn, New York, and Cory was a college student from Weston, Florida.

Cory also had ties to reality television, as his brother Zach Wurtenberger was a Survivor alum.

America and Cory struck up a friendship in the Big Brother house; it soon evolved into much more.

An unexpected showmance developed between them, even as they faced some hardships in the game.

Cory was evicted on Day 79 in eighth place. America was evicted on Day 86 in sixth place. They then spent the remainder of the summer together in the jury house.

As a reminder, Jag Bains won Big Brother 25 in a close vote over Matt Klotz. Bowie Jane finished in third place, and the season also featured Survivor legend Cirie Fields and her son, Jared Fields.

Who should be on Big Brother: Reindeer Games 2? Alum has thoughts on possible future season
Image
Big Brother: Reindeer Games is a fun spin-off show that debuted on CBS in December 2023. The show rolled out during the downtime caused by the Writers Strike.

Bbrg featured alums competing for a $100,000 cash prize during a shortened season of Big Brother. Three alums also served as co-hosts for the holiday-themed show.

Nicole Franzel won Big Brother: Reindeer Games, making her the first person to win two Big Brother USA shows. Cody Calafiore, Danielle Reyes, and Taylor Hale were also played.

Many Big Brother fans hoped that Reindeer Games would return this winter, giving everyone something to watch while we wait for BB27.

But there will be no Reindeer Games this winter. The producers revealed that the CBS schedule couldn’t find space due to BB26 ending late and the CBS primetime schedule beginning later in the fall.

Reindeer Games wasn’t canceled, though. Maybe it could return next winter.

Who won Big Brother 26?
Julie Chen Moonves
We now know the Big Brother 26 winner. The long season has concluded with a woman taking her place among the best players the game has seen.

It took 90 days to get to the end, but everything concluded on Sunday night. But how would it all end?

Julie Chen Moonves hosted the final episode, during which CBS viewers caught up with the Live Feeds. The network also gave them two hours so that nothing was rushed.

The final three players had been playing out the three-part Head of Household Competition the past few days, and it was time to reveal the results.

The Artificial Intelligence theme was hit-or-miss with fans, but the producers stuck with it until the end.

After suffering through with three nominees per week early on, an angry AI, Angela Murray, and a week living outside, someone was about to be hugely rewarded.

The final two finally set on finale night

Cirie Fields in Survivor (2000)
Are Cory and America from Big Brother 25 still together?
Cirie Fields in Survivor (2000)
The Big Brother 25 season featured several showmances and even a mother-son duo.

Survivor legend Cirie Fields got to play with her son, Jared Fields, creating the first duo that summer.

But several showmances also became very pronounced, and we aren’t speaking about the relationship between Matt Klotz and Reilly Smedley that was doomed from the start.

Jared and Blue Kim became a showmance on one side of the house. America Lopez and Cory Wurtenberger began snuggling up as well.

Jared and Blue had rough patches in the BB25 house, and their relationship didn’t last in the real world.

America and Cory stayed strong in the game and even continued their relationship in the BB25 jury house.

To quickly recap how that season ended, 21-year-old college student Cory was voted out in eighth place on Day 79. It was on Day 86 that 27-year-old medical receptionist America got voted out. They...

Big Brother 25 had many missteps that Big Brother 26 should avoid. From casting to competitions, Big Brother 25 made some errors. Big Brother 26 could be one of the best yet if it learns from the mistakes of Big Brother 25.

Big Brother 25 was a milestone season, but it had many mistakes that shouldn't be repeated during Big Brother 26. Big Brother fans shocked that Matt Klotz ‘trying to rewrite history’ after being ‘obsessed’ with Reilly on BB25

Big Brother 25 runner-up Matt Klotz did a recent interview discussing his time in the house. It led to surprises when he tried to distance himself from his crush on Reilly Smedley.

As a reminder, Matt developed feelings for Reilly early in the Big Brother 25 season. He even expressed that to her before she became the second person evicted.

Later, he created shrines for Reilly inside the Big Brother house and got openly upset at his fellow houseguests if they messed with those shrines. It was clear his feelings were increasing as the season progressed.

When he finally won a Head of Household Competition late in the season, he received an Hoh letter from Reilly and a photo of her with his parents. He couldn’t stop sharing his excitement on the Big Brother live feeds.

Reilly popped up at the season finale, and it appeared they would try dating in the real world.

Big Brother 25 drama as America calls Jared a misogynist

Some Big Brother 25 drama surfaced (again) on social media between America Lopez and Jared Fields.

America and Jared were on the BB25 cast, but both came up short in their quest to win the $750,000.

Jared was sent home early in the season after trying to play both sides of the house. It was part of an attempt to keep it a secret that fellow player Cirie Fields is his mom.

America made it to the jury phase of the season but got evicted a bit before the final weeks happened. America then voted for Jag Bains to win on the finale night.

Increasing the season to 100 days was a way for CBS to deal with the Hollywood strikes, but it also caused the season to drag for some fans.

Meanwhile, Peacock debuted The Traitors to huge fanfare, showing how reality competition shows could be fresh and fun again.

The Traitors 2 recently ended and was even more successful than the first season, leading to increased ratings and much buzz on social media.

The Traitors has also shown how to put together an intriguing cast of people returning to reality TV if Big Brother producers decide to try another All-Stars season.

Big Brother: Reindeer Games also had noteworthy success. The spin-off helped bridge the gap between summer seasons and was very entertaining. It set a new model for the franchise.

Luke Valentine Reveals Which Big Brother 25 Houseguest Reported Him To Hr Over Racial Slur

Luke Valentine claims that another houseguest, Cory Wurtenberger, was responsible for his removal from Big Brother 25. Luke seems to be avoiding taking responsibility for his actions and instead blames Cory for reporting him to Hr. Regardless of the circumstances, Luke's use of a racial slur was inappropriate and reflects negatively on his character.

Big Brother season 25’s ejected houseguest Luke Valentine may have used a racial slur in the house, but he claims that another houseguest was the catalyst for his removal from the game. While Luke was ejected from the house for breaking the code of conduct, which is laid out in an elaborate, detailed fashion to the Big Brother 25 houseguests before the game begins, he doesn’t believe his removal was entirely due to his actions. For long-time viewers, it’s understood that breaking the code of conduct in such a transgressive way leads directly to expulsion from the game.

Big Brother 25 Is Hiding The Real Nature Of The Houseguests (The Editors Only Show The Good)
Image
Big Brother 25 episodes only provide a narrow view of the houseguests' behavior, while the live feeds offer a clearer picture of what's happening. Controversial views and behavior of houseguests are often covered up and edited out to maintain a positive public image. The edited episodes of Big Brother 25 fail to show the emotionally manipulative side of certain houseguests and ignore the development of genuine relationships in the house.
